Ok another jutsu or two...

Shadow Transportation No Jutsu, it's a new jutsu for the Nara clan. Using a large amount of chakra a Nara member can enter a shadow and travel to another shadow anywhere he/she wants, as long as the shadow is connected to some other shadow and they have enough chakra to travel there.

Elemental (ALL ELEMENTS) Gauntlets No Jutsu, these are gauntlets of visible chakra. The element of choice is up to the user, but it was created for taijutsu techniques for an added kick..or punch in this case to the attack. Elements like Fire, Lightning, Water and Wind will just be a shimmering coating over the hands. But for elements of Earth, Ice and Wood, they'll form actual hands over the users' original ones. (Example: *Hone does a string of hand seals and then punctures the earth with his fists. He pulls out and two large clumps of rock are formed around each fist. The rock crumbles and forms a pair of rock hands* Hope that makes things clearer)
(My personal favorites for this jutsu are Earth, Ice and Wood...for those who master this jutsu, they can control the gauntlet fingers to form other jutsus)

this is for the Hyouton (Haku) bloodline

with a couple handseals water would surround the user about to the neck 2 ft around the user and it would be like a cyclone but standing still and the user would poke a area in the water and it would send a ice senbon flying at the enemy and masters of the technique could poke the water lets say as fast as neji pokes people...O.o

on Shadow Transport: Interesting! and very possible! This falls under jounin level! Approved!

on Elemental Gauntlet: There are, in fact, a number of elemental taijutsu specialists; mainly, in the Village of the Mist, Cloud, and Leaf for melee, and Long range for Sand. Mist and Cloud make use of lightning on their weapons to deal more damage while leaf, fire. As for sand, they are able to control the flight of their projectiles using the wind element. The Stone ninjas (no iwagakure in this guild) use earth element on fist fighting and they use their element to harden their fist. Having a gauntlet with all elements on a taijutsu user is already hard for them as they are not really attuned to chakra management. Maybe elemental jutsu experts can use it, but that won't have as much damaging effect as a taijutsu ninja does.

on the ice needles: Very creative and very nice! That's very possible for a Hyoton bloodline! Approved!

Ok new one...it's called the Shuriken Yo-Yo. It's pretty much just self explainitory. The user can either hold one, or as many shuriken in his/her hand and attaches Chakra Strings to them. So when they throw the shuriken they can pull them back if they miss or if they want to rip out the metal stars and strike again. It can used with Kunai too, soo Kunai Yo-Yo. I would think this could be a good Academy or Genin skill. Especially for those beginner Puppeteers out there.

My other idea is a Genjutsu...Im not a big fan of Gen. but figured this is a good one. I got the idea from a fanart for Bleach. It was a pic of Rukia in her Shinigami outfit and she's turning into a bunch of those black butterflys. I'll try and post up a pic of it later, cuz I know this was a horrid explaination.
But yea, figured the user could cast this Genjutsu, so the opponent sees the user burst into hundreds or thousands of black butterflies and the butterflies start to fly around the opponent making it impossible to see the actual user. So it's either a great sneak attack jutsu, or escaping jutsu. I call it Butterfly Vision No Jutsu. If someone can think up a better name, feel free to say something.

-ice based- ok my guy holds out his arms towards foe and focuses and freezes the liquid part of targets blood. disadvantage blood is warm so it takes time.

This technique is lethal and may cause a one-hit kill. As that technique may be doable, we can make that with these conditions.

1: This technique only for those within Hyoton (Haku's) bloodline.
2: Lower the effects to a non-lethal type OR make the technique usable only for the Kages or Densestsu-nins.
3: Increase the cast time of the jutsu.

Nice custom jutsu!

1) am in the process of buying the bloodline
2) it uses a lot of chakra cuz it takes a while to do cuz 1) human blood is aroung 98.6 degrees 2) people would panic when they're cooling down for no reason so they're heart would beat faster, therefore continuoisly raising the tempurature, therefore making time
3) the users arm HAS to be cast out towards the foe, so a tired arm could completely ruin this technique.

on the yoyo: that's doable and unique.

on the butterfly: genjutsu is as tough for me as for you. I think the technique would look like this though:

Magen: Chi Kuro Chou no Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Thousand Black Butterflies Technique)
Description: The jutsu is activated by just staring into the target's eyes, usually during an attack. When affected, the opponent is made to believe that they are now hitting the user, but when they strike, their target becomes a mass of black butterflies. If he does not realize its a genjutsu, he will not be able to see where the user is, he may only think that the user is hiding. the user can then move freely, either to escape or to attack.

If the technique is used when the opponent is not attacking, he will only see that his target is just standing still. It will be awkward because the illusion will not move. Still, if the target cannot realize he is in a genjutsu spell, he will not see the user moving freely.

Only the target can be affected by the spell, if there is another person in the vicinity, that person can warn the target to break the spell.

The illusion disappears on the following conditions:
- the target realizes he's in a genjutsu spell.
- the user has left the area.
- the target gets hurt.

I see. I'm approving that, but using it to kill will need the consent of the target. 3nodding

Ok, some of my fav. element; Lightning! (Dont know the actual names for the elements)

Lightning Shot No Jutsu, user concentrates their chakra to the tips of their index and middle fingers where a small "Lightning Bullet" will form, the user aims at target and releases. I would think this is a beginner jutsu for Lightning Elements.

Breath of Lightning No Jutsu, starts out the same as Great Fireball Jutsu, but when exhaled a bolt of lightning shoots out of the mouth. It's a powerful attack, but it damages the mouth with every use.

(For the Chidori fans) Chidori Bomb/Grenade/Explosion (pick one). The user creates Chidori, but with this one you contain the bolts of lightning with a "Rasangan-like" sphere or container. It'll look similar to Rasangan, but will look like an electrical attack (duh). Well the user will then throw the Chidori Sphere at a their opponent(s) and when it makes contact or when the user wishes, the Sphere will explode, and the built up force of the electricity will burst out and striking everything within the radius.
This attack can be Chidori or another Electrical attack, I figured Chidori since it's a very popular attack.

Chigun while you hold a chidori in one hand you make a rasengan in the other and conbine them to make a huge ball of electricty and chakra

Combining element into a rasengan is already doable, like Naruto's Fuuton: Rasengan and Jiraiya'a Katon: Rasengan. Your suggestion is Raiton: Rasengan which is already very possible.

Chigun on the other hand means "Thousand Guns" a combination of Japanese and English words, which really isn't a bad idea for a name.

Now, if you were the skill, Chi-gun? what can you do?

Shard Blow make a large water ball then freeze it and hurl it at your opponents. it sticks to anything and explodes into hundreds of ice shards

ok i got a taijitsu move called hurricane smash (unknown what that is in japanese)
you hit the opponent in the solaplexis (soft part just below the rib cage) winding them, then handstand, wrap your legs around the opponents neck, after that you pour chakra into your hands so you have a firm grip, then begin spinning in a circe so that the enemy was lifted off the floor, as soon as the enemy's feet were off the ground you could either, release your leg grip around thier neck and let them go flying away, or you could bring your feetdown ramming the opponents head into the floor. smile

(OCC if it is bad, i'm not surprised, i got a spark of this new move from one of my friends breakdancing)

it's more a Hyoton skill than a mist ninja skill.

It's a work in progress. It'll be a while before i can completely understand how it's done. sweatdrop
