Wow, I find that stupid. I mean, there are so many people named Jesus (Christ), that it's quite a wonder that the guild leader was able to read your mind and predict that you were refering to THE Jesus.
But whatever, you can't mess around with people like that. Those folks are the seriously religious ones. I mean, even my christian friend uses the lord's name in vain. And she's overly-religious to a point where it can't be healthy.
I think it was smart to just take a step back and leave the guild. An argument with the leader would have been pointless. Though, if he really took offense to that, he should have pointed it out specifically in the rules of the guild, "Do not use the lords name in vain." Oh well, whatever.

Makes me wanna have a kid and name them "Jesus Christ" just so people wouldn't be able to be totally sure it was the Son of God people were talking about. XD

It was a vending guild? xD I'm only in one, TVG, but I never post there. heh. Which MP guild was it? :0

If they want specific rules like that, they should make sure members know beforehand. I probably would have quit the guild, unless I otherwise was really active in the guild or something.

I was playing cards the other day and someone says "hey I know you, you're in the MP Center!"

and I said, "no, I quit."

It was a pretty epic conversation.

You should be able to say whatever you'd like to in a guild like that.
