Come off as a comment, like if you walk by her in the hall or office say "Hey, you look nice today." Dont say "You look good", because its too strong. Dont sound sleazy, or as if you are coming on to her; sound genuine, and a little nonchalant; say it meaningfully, but dont just stare at here or stop her to say it. Just point it out and keep walking as if it wasnt really special to begin with.

That worked with me in high school. That...and that big afro I had. xd

I used to be shy and bashful, but now I don't have problems unless it is with strangers. But if I'm speaking my mind about a debate, I have no problem. =3

And it's easier online because there isn't that pressure. But I hate talking online compared to in real life. Person-person conversations are always more fun.

Just relax. If they judge you, don't let it get to you. Unless they are a person who you look up to/influences you a lot.

I do agree at the bottom part. Lack of self-confidence is usually a big turn-off for me, since I hate when people keep putting themselves down for x or y reason.

Talking for me isn't the problem. The problem for me is knowing when to take it to a physical level (kiss, make out, sex, whatever). Flirting can go great, but I always end up somehow creating an atmosphere that I'm just fun to be with. So most girls say they think I'm fun to flirt with and talk to, but they've gotten used to it, so they're afraid to ruin the friendship.

In other words, I wait too damn long.
