I don't think they work. They always have word tricks in their commercials..

Narcissistic Literature
She lay down on the grass,
Looking up at the sky,
thinking, it’s all she can do.
If she disappeared she would not be missed.
She will be gone just like everyone else.

Getting up from the grass,
she walks on the sand,
looking outward towards the sea.
She walks into the water high up above her knees.

Labels sell, truth doesn't.

Afeter a lot of trying shampoos and stuff, I've stuck to one Shampoo and one conditioner. Although I sometimes mix that one shampoo with tea leaf shampoo or lavander shampoo to make a nice fragrance, although it doesn't last too long.. As for facial creams... My face is oily, so not many things work to keep it dry. Perhaps I'd wash with something to dry it up but after lets say one hour, it's all oily again. I personally really like Dead Sea Black Mud as a mask the best though.. <3

The waves softly hit her legs.
She looks at the sunset and its yellow-red hues
she walks into the sea, farther and farther,
opening her arms towards the wave.
The water is high up to her hips.
The wave comes towards her.
She looks at the wave with her arms stretched out;
the water starts to rage, the wave hits her body hard.
Then the water calms down. The water recedes,
then darkness falls, and all goes dark.
The sun goes down and the day is done.

Mhm..for a face cleanser try something with approved Tea Tree Oil. It works. It literally works. My skin use to be very oily too. I got this green foam face wash from The Body Shop. I believe it was 12 dollars. No more then fifteen I can safely say.

Edit: Ah hah. Just checked. 11.50 <3 Wow I'm good. Here's a picture for you: User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

I believe the Body Shop also has a scrub but I fear that may be too rough on the face. Hope this helps!

Clearasil fooled me. it said, Clearer Skin in just 3 days! Guranteed! Well, after three days my face looked worst than ever! It was gross. But then again, most acne products do that to me. What I noticed is that when I use a product targeted at something specific, it makes it worst. When I just use regular cleansers, like Olay, Estee Lauder, Anew, Nivea, etc, etc, etc. It works better. Actually when I use a regular cleanser it makes my skin look a lot better and it takes blemishes away. I stopped using acne products and i dont have one single blemish on my face. They jsut fool you, make your face worst, so you buy more of their product.

I guess it depends on what it is to say if it works or not but most things brake eventually

I can understand what you mean. I personally, do not recommend Clearasil for everyone. Especially if they have really dry or sensitive skin. Most acne applications that say they can clear pimps fast, often don't work or do work. It depends on your type of skin. The only acne cream that works is something that's personally perscribed by a doctor or a dermatologist in person. Regular cleansers are always good. Nivea is a good choice along with Olay. But watch yourself with Olay's products. If you over use it, it can make your skin feel a little greasy.

My skin is super super dry so basically everything works.
My hair is a different story, dont know why, but it rejects any other brand other than Garnier.

Think before you buy. One of them should work. But if you want, here's a small tip: Take your time to read the ingredints and compare to the other product. If both products are the same, compare with the ingredints. One of them is different. (My advice is strange, but sometimes it helps.)

This is awesome, I'm going to try that Sunsilk for my frizzy hair. I've been wanting something that will take the frizz out.

My hair is a pain because it dries out really bad when I straighten it so I need really good conditioners, but the thing is I have psoriasis (sp?) on my scalp (itchy, flaky skin) and conditioners usually irritate it so I have to find a balance between using shampoo for that sort of thing and then a really good conditioner that I have to try to keep away from my scalp as much as I can. I hope that made sense. >_>

My skin on the other hand gets dry really fast, and around my nose it gets rough really fast. My legs have patches of weird roughness that makes shaving painful if I'm not uber careful. Very prone to razor burn.

Ah, that's it? Cool. x3 Sorry, I don't wanna spend more the 5 bucks. XD I'll have to try it sometime, thanks.

In my experience with hair product, the less expensive it is the more destructive it can be to your hair.

I dye my hair regularly, and I used to use the special Pantene ProV "brunette" shampoo..until I found out that Pantene ProV strips your hair of colour because the PH levels in it are too high.

Unfortuneately salon hair products are generally the best because they aren't made for a variety of PH levels in hair, and are thus thicker and require you to use less of them in the shower. ie. a dime sized squirt of certain shampoo is more potent then a handful of over the counter pharmacy shampoo.

That is just my 2 cents.

When I bought my straightener I made sure it was a salon straightener, yes way more expensive but better for your hair in the end. You can buy special serums to put on your hair before you straighten it, and additionally you can buy product to spray in your hair while straightening that protect it from drying out. (Mine came free when I bought my straightener).

As for your skin.. do you moisturize? Washing, while a necessity dries out skin (and hair.. you really shouldn't shower more then once a day). Make sure you use a good moisturizer with lots of Vitamin E in it. I use Jamieson coQ10, and it works like a charm as I also have the aforementioned issues with my skin. An excellent shaving "cream" is hair conditioner. It leaves your skin soft, supple and shiny, and really helps deter nasty razor burn. Also, you shouldn't use body moisturizer on your face, as the skin on the face is more sensitive and likely to break out if you are using something TOO potent. If your skin is sensitive, make sure you are using moisturizers specialized for your skin type.

Hope this helps.

Sorry Moonlight, I'm taking over your post >.>
