[Lady Sherlock]

James grimaced as he looked at Naomi on the brink of tears and on her knees. "We are all different, in childhood, traditions, wisdom, age, and so forth. Naturally, we'd have different views of good and evil also." He looked up at Daisy and shook his head, smiling a bit, "No. You did nothing wrong."

"Oh?" Daisy leaned against a tree licking her lips slightly in thought. "Then why is Miss Naomi crying? She is morning the death of the wolves, is she not?"  

[Lady Sherlock]

"Quite," was all James replied. From experience, he thought it best just to leave Naomi to her thoughts until she had finished mourning, for what could be worse than a person who didn't care much for those deaths trying to comfort her? He sighed and glanced at Daisy, trying to see if there were any tears in her eyes also.

Daisy looked at James and blinked when she saw him looking at her. "Yes?" She asked, her head tilting to the side with a smile. He was a strange one.

The treant wandered through the forest, wondering how the caves had opened into them. It didn't matter too much, but it was annoying how the other tree's branches collided with his. If he had been trying to be stealthy, this wouldn't be the way to go about it. THe noise he made could probably be heard for a mile round.

Naomi

Naomi blinked away tears. She looked around, a lone wolf appearing from the shadows. She stared into the animal's blue eyes. It sat down. Naomi smiled slightly, turning away. Did I just connect with the wolf? she asked herself suspiciously. Naomi looked at the wolf again, but it had disappeared. She heard a sad howl come from not to far away. She stood up, two pains in her back telling her that she was transforming into her demon side again. Naomi looked up, crouched low and leaped into the air, the cool air rushing past her face. Naomi turned and hovered in mid-air, her hands forming a large ball of light to light up the sky.

If only he hadn't turned so suddenly. Had he not strayed off his path, Reed might have been somewhere else by now. Maybe the city that some had been traveling to and from.
Giving a small sigh, the lithe man continued on his way. When he was unable to avoid plunging into the trees, he agreed with this new path, weaving his way into their twists. Animals were walking around him, that he could tell, but Reed paid it no mind.
The sword that was dark against his back glimmered once faintly, before the sight of it disappeared.

James started asking, "Are you going to cr—" but stopped when he saw the light in the sky. "What is that girl up to? She might kill herself one of these days! I take my eyes off her for one second and there she goes making light and alerting the whole forest of our location!" He was thoroughly angry and puzzled as to why she would do such a thing.

*enters woods looks around then leaps into the air...while airborn shapeshifts into a wolf and begins to run through the woods looking for possible allies...*

:.Reed.:

Wind whispered in his ears, relaying the events that the forest beheld within twisted branches. In front of him was the horrid stench of fallen wolves. This made him hiss in denial that they were enemies here. He couldn't challenge any place's way of life, but he could still be silently against it. When he was alerted of something racing towards him from behind, Reed went to one side -- crouching in the cover of dead trees -- his form nearly invisible amongst the shadows.
A wolf raced past... Well, some kind of creature similar to that. From the scent that radiated off of this newcomer, it was female. She was female. He could scent a male and two other femmes up ahead, but they weren't of his race.
In fact, one of them had killed his close relations. A few wolves lay dead around here somewhere... Reed didn't have to look for the fallen. He couldn't look for the fallen. It would delay the amount of time that he had left to live out his days by finding something new with each one.
Pulling himself out of the cover of trees, Reed began to meander along once more, his pace much slower than it had previously been.

*smells something...or someone so skids to a stop and leaps into a tree scanning the floor using ears, eyes, and smell and growls then morphs back into herself* is anyone out there?

Anne rubbed her arms, deeply chilled. She called for her brother, the man who had taken her for a pinic and had wonered off. "Scott? Scott?" She looked around. "Creepy..." She said, sotto voce.

*not wanting to stay in one spot while alone morphs back into a wolf leaps from the tree and continues running when hears a girl runs in that direction and when gets closer leaps into the trees scanning the forest floor then spots her...trying to decide whether or not she is good or bad just stands on the tree branch looking down*

Anne looked around. "...Scott...?" She hugged herself. A stick snapped under her foot, she screamed.

*realizing the girl is scared out of her mind i jump out of the tree but a few feet from hear and morphs into a human* are you alone...*asks cautiosly watching her every move looking for any signs of aggression*
