Market's Place ~The RP~

[Tarrant le Sorcier]

Xaec grumbled. "Xaec no pick fight, man with pointies fight. Xaec just tried to get pointies. If he wanted pointy fixed so bad, why he not just ask Xaec?" he asked, licking at where the cut had been even though it had healed.  

[Rozalin Wednesday]

"Let's go, I don't see anything around here I could use." Shinobu said as he walked toward the exit. "Too bad we couldn't fina a dealer."

"nah, I'm glad we didn't then I wouldm't have to hear you squeal like a girl over the great merchandise." Puff said as they left the Market Place.

"I guess it was worth coming here, but I wasn't helpful at all." She said rubbing the heads of her comrads.

((Exit to Rustir, the ruined city.))

TES soon finished fixing the balance of his katana. He slid the blade back into it's sheath and strapped it into his belt. He belted on his other weapons and pulled his jacket on over top of them. His boots thudded on the floor as he walked out, tossing the shop keeper more money.

Keep the change.

TES strode off down the street a short distance and sat down on a bench. He leaned his head back and looked up at the sky. He gave a small sigh then began to look for a place he could get a room to sleep in.

TES stood up form his bench and, feeling that a good fight was near, left the area.

((Exit to the ruined city))

"He doesn't know you." Krinna chuckled just a little, winking with both eyes. "So Xaec, you know how to fix things like that?"  

[Tarrant le Sorcier]

Xaec nodded. "Yup, Xaec fix things. Anything that has age, Xaec fix." He struck a proud pose and nodded again.

Viva appear in the flahs of light. He makes his way though the market place spreading his message. "The leaders of Byako are asking that all forces capable of fighting are asked to go to Rustir." Having delivered his message he vanishes in a flash of light.  

[Zemblanity Insomnia]

Niccolo came hoping out of his hidding place. Good. His stad was now in shamble but at least the clones weren't there anymore. Now that he taught about it...he's stand wasn't the only one that was destroyed. And most of the owners had ran away to hide. A large smile cam across his face as he bounce from Stand to stand taking what seems to have the most value or, even tough being cheap, were still good imitation.
Before long, he was able to have enough knickknack to restock five times whqat he had lost.
Good. Buisiness was good. Peopel were Stupid. What else could he ask. Well. Money. Yes, it was time to do money. No one was about to com into the market place for a while and he had too much stuck for he's little stand.
He put what he gave the most interest and to which he could make up a fake story about being rare relics and jumped away hoping he could sell them 1000 times the real price.
Knowing him, only two or three of them wouldn't sold like that. He'll only be able to get 999% the price.

The announcment of the flashing light man caused Xaec's blood to boil. His innate "destroy things" programming was taking over. He turned to Krinna. "Don't get eaten while Xaec gone. Xaec be back soon." With that, he sniffed the air in an attempt to locate the place the flashing light man had mentioned. From the air the man had left, Xaec's keen sense of smell and super-computer brain determined he exact location, and he was off.

TES limped back into the market place. The wounds on his legs didn't bother him, but left him to walk slowly. He sighed. They had won, he knew that much. He sat down on a bench and said a prayer for the dead.

Now what to do?...

Xaec stumbled weakly back into town, having no clue where he was. He tried to sniff out Krinna, but to no avail. He sighed. He really did burn too much energy too quickly. Even that extra boost that man had given him hadn't helped much. And what was worse, he felt like a coward running from a fight like that. All in all, not a great day.  

[TESparky]

TES saw the small koala thing and watched him limp down the street. He had this weird feeling, like he should help the thing. Small tendrils of shadows wrapped themselves around Xaec's waist and carried him over to the bench TES was sitting on. The shadows set him down beside TES lightly.

So you fought too?...

Xaec was glad to see it wasn't an attack on his person. He hadn't the strength to fight at the moment. He looked up at TES and nodded. "Xaec fight...and lose." He sighed and lowered his head. "Xaec use too much energy too fast...can't fight for long. That why Xaec failed experiment...that why Xaec here." He shook his head, then looked back up at TES. "What those things?" he asked, meaning the clones.

Clones. Made of shadow.

The clones disappeared in a puff of smoke. TES sat there, alone, with Xaec. The small creature was nice, once you knew him. TES smiled, holding out his empty hand to the creature.

You fought with all you had. That was honorable.

Xaec looked at the hand. He placed his tiny little hand in it, having seen people do this before. "Xaec not see you fight, but sure you did best also." he said, nodding confidently.
