Well it should be something that everyone can do, like people who don't have much money or can't draw. I like the tektek cosplay idea.

How about Portfolio Contests and Cosplaying? That way if one gets bored of one of them you can rely on the other.
Somewhat of a Seesaw effect. Due to people's reactions on here always ends up with lack of attention. If we have 2 displaying features (Pictures / Avatars) the attention stays here longer.
See my point?

Maybe we can have the " Animal" contest! The person with the best animal or the person with the most animals wins. ( Plushies count also) That's my idea as a contest!

i think you should make a tektek contest or dream avi contest
and art
many people love to make art on gaia so it would be cool to see them make art for the contest of their dream avi`s or of a certain thing you appoint them to with details on the "what it has to have" thing
id really like to see how amazing people`s talents are ^w^
