My personal favorite isn't from an anime, he's from a manga called Mars..... His name is Rei. He's so cool!

That's ironic considering Sailor Mars' name was Rei. Also I DID look it up and it's more for girls then guys. Similar to how "Tony" is usually for guys, but some girls are called "Toni" sweatdrop
