Victor blinked then looked down at Noel patting her ears smiling weakly. "Away from this mess too safety"

as close as we can get it anyways" Kira mumbled

Victor glanced over at her and chugged a rock frowning. "Shush"

Noel looked at him and nodded before she looked back at the group that was walking off. "No one's going to die, right?" she asked him, her eyes showing concern. She didn't like death or fighting for that matter.

Jinx scoffed and shook her head. "Who cares Noel? It's not like they're neccessarily friends of ours." she said as she she glared at Victor and Kira. She still was unsure of trusting them, but she was sure that so far she didn't like them.

Noel glared at Jinx as she walked back over to her. She flicked her nose before she punched her in the face. She normally would never hurt her sister like that, but she was begining to piss her off. "I'm sorry Jinx, but for once could you just shut up! These people are nice and you can tell since they're able to put up with you!" she yelled at her sister. She had enough of Jinx's horrible attitude.

Jinx rubbed her jaw as she looked at her sister. She clenched her hands into fists before she crossed her arms and huffed. "Whatever." she muttered under her breath as she looked away.

Arien simply laughed as he dispersed leaving a panting Malik who turned slightly going up the path.His figure barley staying up as he ran into Victor which knocked his bleeding body down into the dirt with a cough.

(mmm can't give you guys ...good action to early.)

Victor was about to have a word with this neko twins when was knocked breathless. He blinked trying to help Malik. "aw hell Valcom!Lexi get your Frost butts over here" he called trying to examine the wounds. He kept mumbling "aw crap" to himself

Malik laughed lightly hearing Victor he put a chilled hand on his shouldar.

"Don't worry kid..Kern and Lor can keep an eye on ya.."he said coughing as blood hit the ground out of his mouth.Malik

Valcom cursed and jogged over.

"s**t.."he growled.

I know bout there no other family watcher then you Malik" Victor said quietly unsure what to do

Noel saw Malik and she could smell the scent of blood. She walked over to him and Victor as she bit her lip. She kneeled down beside Malik and tilted her head. "You're going to be ok, right?" she asked as she tried to think of a way to help.

Malik laughed and nodded.

"I guess that would be true.."he laughed and his body suddenly tightened and he turned his body as he hurled up blood that poured over like a stream his head gently hitting it as he chuckled.

"I gotta ask a favor of you kid.."he said his hands gently pushing his body lightly up..barley at all.

"Don't let the choas bring you and Damon down..promise me that."he said softly his grey eyes starring into Victor's as his body shook gently.

Valcom grabbed the neko gently pulling her back.

"Please..don't watch this.."he said softly.

Noel felt Valcom pull her away and she looked up at him as she shook her head. "But someone has to help him. He's bleeding and he's hurt! There has to be something you can do. You can't just let him die." she said as she forced back all her tears. She never cried in front of anyone, no matter how much she wanted to.

Valcom sighed.

"No I can't."he said.

Malik's body finally gave in and laid in a very awkward position..his face had fallen into the pool of blood..before he could even make Victor make his promise.

Noel looked back and saw Malik's body give in. She looked up at Valcom and nodded. "It's not fair." she said to him quietly as she walked over to her sister. She sat down and pulled her knees to her chest, trying not to look at Malik's body.

Victor was in tears. Why couldn't he say alright or say he will keep the promise dammit?! He released Malik's hand. "I won't. we won't" he said holding back a sob as he bit his thumb forming a cross on Malik's palm making the blood oath.

Kira covered her mouth then ran looking for Damon

Damon bit his thumb as he sat there looking at the river stream.He had felt it.Malik was gone.He stood up and turned walking toward the others.

Valcom turned away disgusted before he heard gentle steps behind him.Lor was carrying the god of light Kern on his shouldars but he was obviousilly sad.He put Kern down on the ground letting him sleep before turning the dead wise god onto his back and gently closing his eyes.

"Rest now Ole Malik The Wise.May your soul rest in paradise."he said softly.

Silvia bit her lip trying hard not to cry, she looked away.

Lucius came from behind Silvia hugging her around the waist.

"Its all going to be ok.."he whisperd softly.
