Hearing Doll suddenly bring up the whole name subject, he sat there staring at her blankly for a moment. Where had that come from? He couldn't help but wonder before relaxing and smiling. "I'll remind you before I tell you what my real name is.. I like Lysander MUCH better than my real name. So, please don't call me by it." He laughed, embarrassed slightly. "So, well, um. Yeah, it's.. Angus."

Doll smiled. "I like it. It sounds Irish or Celtic or maybe Scottish even." She coughed a little but kept smiling.

"Celtic or Scottish." He confirmed frowning from worry. "But mostly Celtic I guess." He then whispered as a way to try and relax her to the point of not talking much. "Just rest, okay? I don't want you making yourself worse." Some reason, he felt as if her sickness was his fault. He wasn't even able to protect her.

Doll nodded and rested her head on his back again, staring at the trees that were zooming by. She started thinking about the journey and then her life, then her real brother and shivered a bit as she remembered the time he tried to assasinate her. She was ashamed of herself for the outcome.

"Ellie.. I want you to think about something for me." Keeping his eyes set forward, he could feel the sad weight of the thoughts she was thinking about, and it saddened him too.

Doll looked up at him. "Like what?" She asked softly, trying to keep her mind off things and enjoy the moment she has with him.

"Liiikkee.." Turning his face upwards towards the dark sky, he smiled. "Rainbows. Unicorns. Fluffy bunnies. Happy, cute things like that. Because a great friend told me once. There is no future nor past. All there is, is right here and right now. The present." Turning he looked back at her again and smiled. "So think happy thoughts with me, okay?"

Doll smiled. "You're right. It's a bad habit I have." She stayed quiet for a long while then the hoarse slowed and stopped next to a pond. She patted the hoarse and whispered a few soothing words to it. "I know you might object but you need rest. The disease started four hours ago so we can rest for eight and still have time to slay a dragon. The lair is approximately half an hour from here." She seemed organized and specialized in telling time and where they are. You could tell she was very experienced.

Lysander didn't much like the idea of just letting her get sicker. "Ellie.." He whispered not fully agreeing. Sure they needed to rest, and he did trust her about the time, but even still. "I really don't like just sitting around letting you get sicker." His voice was filled with sadness. "There has to be something that I can do to soothe your pain."

Doll looked at him and smiled. "You can't stop the pain but when it does eventually get to my heart you need to calm me down and well remind me of the good things in life." She kind of whispered the last bit. She had seen many victums of this disease and it wasn't pretty when the disease got to their hearts. Most commit suicide because of the excrusiating pain and that they knew they were going to die anyways. Then it gets to your mind quickly afterwards and starts to drive you insane and think evil thoughts and many horrible side affects making the victum thrash about.

Lysander nodded, still not liking the fact that there wasn't anything he could do right now. At least now he knew that she would need help later and that he could help her. Though if they were to keep going, then she wouldn't have to go through that sort of pain. "I guess.. Okay." He felt completely repulsed by himself, not going on forward. Looking ahead of them, he couldn't help but think of plans of leaving and going ahead without her.

"Well if we're movving on we must get going." She patted her hoarse again who was drinking some water. "But we have to go on foot from here. There's a passage behind the waterfall that eventually leads to the hidden lair." She held her head a bit since she got a little dizzy but ignored it.

Gently, Lysander set his hand down on her shoulder. "What's wrong?" He whispered not sure if she had a head ache or what was wrong. But it was nice to play it safe for now. "What are you feeling right now?" He whispered again.
