Things had been happening, but Seiji seemed to have zoned out ever so slightly as he watched the students around him. Mainly a certain fire demon as she protested all the water they kept dribbling and dripping around and on them. He could sort of see why she might be upset, but their professor had assured them it wasn't harmful to anyone suitable to water, so what was the problem?
The Jikininki himself liked water, always had. So the damp classroom didn't bother him in the least.
Junko's sudden squeals pulled his attention back to what was going on at the head of the class, and he caught enough from the end of the lecture to get the gist of what they'd be doing that day. Snorting softly at his ghoulfriend's excitement, he gave her hand a squeeze and got up after her to fetch a jar, then turned his attention down to a bunny trying to hide beside the shelf. "You're mine."
He scooped the first bunny up and dropped it unceremoniously into the jar.

The same little trick that had kept the water from landing upon the two boils and herself also kept the majority of the overflow from drenching the three of them. Not that she'd really had to bother, apparently the water was fear laced and didn't do much beyond dampen the other students around them. It was very interesting to the djinn.
She'd dipped a toe within a puddle beneath her desk, blinking curiously. It felt like water up until she drew her foot away and there was no clinging wetness. "That is very interesting," she said to no one in particular before glancing up to the teacher as she told them what they'd be doing that day.
Dust bunnies were everywhere, on everyone, and after getting herself a jar from the shelf she turned to see one brave little bunny crawling along the crystal reaper's shoulder. "Please don't move, Johan." Before he even had time to react the ghoul had darted her hand forward to grab the bunny.

The room was still in quite a bit of chaos as other students scrambled about to catch their fluffs. Jericho turned his attention towards Riley, but it seemed that she had already managed to fill her jar. Oh good. A very small part of him was worried she wasn't quite up to speed yet, so it was good to see that she was functioning fine for the most part. He knew she could take care of herself, but he couldn't help but feel some concern considering everything that had happened.
Staring into his jar, he tilted his head while looking at the fluffs inside.
He still kind of wanted to just burn them.
Hearing a familiar call from behind, he turned to see no other than the trolltapus. The dragon missed the whole 'knocking out Nyrriki' bit but apparently Danny had done something to get put in the corner.
Quite frankly, he was just happy to see that the Trolltapus was alright! He had wondered what had become of it during his exam.
"Good to see you again Trolltapus," he grinned before returning to his seat.

With his friends finished with their hunt, Shun went ahead and returned to his seat quietly, setting the jar down in front of him. They were rather energetic, these creatures. They also seemed pretty damn useless for the most part.

When Astra waved at him before sitting down, Merope returned the gesture with a quick wave of his own before setting his head down again. He didn’t move again until Professor Savage got up and slammed the door shut, causing him to jump up and look alert in his seat.
When the water came down, a wide grin crossed Merope’s face only to vanish again as the water disappeared just as quickly. He couldn’t hide the disappointed frown directed at Savage, a pleading look that was ignored in favor of the lesson.
His frown only deepened into a look of pure disappointment upon learning that the class would not be about boats, or anything water-related. To him, this class was swiftly clocking up to be a boring one. Too bad he was too far away from the door to try and sneak out. Window? Also inaccessible from his area. Merope slumped in his seat as low as he could, his tail curling around his feet.
Savage’s words went in one ear, rattled around his skull, then out the other. He had no idea what the... things Savage tossed under the bed were until someone else spoke up. Slippers? He didn’t personally bother with any sort of footwear. His neighbor-slash-roommate-slash-TV user Aymet didn’t user slippers. Sometimes. But those were usually ripped to shreds. Or he wore a pair of soul eaters if they were too ripped up. At least he finally got to see what they looked like when they were intact.
Merope moodily remained in his seat even as the Professor unleashed the dust bunnies upon them. The chaos that erupted from students rushing towards the shelf before rushing even faster after the dust bunnies encouraged Merope to remain seated. He closed his fins and kept them that way, trying to remain inconspicuous as students began to chase them down.
When a fair number of students had completed their task, Merope stood up and made his way over to the shelf, grabbing his jar. He loosened the jar’s top and held it in the crook of one arm, flexing his hand. “Right,” he muttered, “Time to do this.” He didn’t sound enthusiastic. Merope shot one last look at the class door as he tried to grab a bunny. At least that flame demon wasn't as noisy as she was earlier, though he couldn't help but to be envious of her. Sure it was a corner, but it was a corner with water.
