Brian O'Callighan Brian nodded. "I know O'Sullivan. I fix your weapons." He opened his book to O'Sullivan's page. "As the boss keeps a ledger so do I. By this... your weapons should need a repair soon." He closed his book. Tucking it away in his jacket. Smiling at the group and letting out a sigh. "Of course I just need to set up shop. Stop by when your ready." He nodded and walked out. Going outside, starting his grey truck and driving off to find his shop location. ~exit~

A month has passed i the windy city of Chicago. It is now early April Spring may be here but there is still a n** in the evening air. It leaves you raw much like the long held tension of the uneasy truce between the gangs. The only question now is who will strike first and where?

Eugen Greenly [NPC] "Hey Roxy, how have you been? And who is your lovely friend here?" He asked as he side her, her normal glass of water. Eugene gave a friendly smile at the dark haired lady, he thought he may have seen her somewhere before but couldn't place it. Then there were so many people in and out this place he could hardly keep track of every face.

Andrea Peltier Andrea stepped into the club and sighed, "Another day another dollar.." she winced, she realized she might have hurt her ankle when she fell. She went past the bar and waved at the bartender she walked backstage and sat in her chair. She put her forehead on the table in front of her, she lifted her head up and stared at the girl in the mirror. She grabbed a hair pin and pulled her hair tightly against her head, she wrapped the tie around her hair and made a bun. Then she opened her make-up drawer, she put on as little make-up as possible, she was taught to not use make-up at all, but she had to for this job.

Cat snuck in the door when no one was looking. She silently made her way to the dark corner in the back. Hoping that the cops hadn't seen her come in, her scared eyes darted back and forth in the room trying to find all the ways to escape if they had. The social worker was sending the cops out more often now and her lies weren't helping anymore. They were on to her. She pulled up her tattered jacket that was so thin it really didn't help against the chill in the air, but at least it was something. Further in the club she snuck when she saw no sign of the coppers. She looked around in amazement at the building and all the fancy looking people walking around.

Andrea Peltier Andrea got done with her face and hair, she stepped out to get a drink at the bar and bumped into someone. She turned to see a young girl, "Hi, darling, how did you get in here?" Andrea smiled kindly. She examined the girl and cupped the girl's face in her hands, "You, are beautiful! What is your name?"

When the woman bumped into her she started to pop off with her Irish temper, then the woman grabbed her face smushing her cheeks and saying she was beautiful. In a thick Irish Brogue she said, "What? Are ya daft? Am I not wearing a might worse clothes then ya? You be the one who's beautiful not me." with her face still in the woman's grasp her eyes darted back and forth scanning the room for the coppers. One of the police officers was walking toward her and the woman. He was in plain clothes but she could tell he was a copper, cause she'd seen him before. She struggled to free herself from the woman, "Ahh, let go....." she wiggled free and turned to run but there was a wall behind her. Her eyes as big as saucers she looked back at the woman and the copper. The police officer reached them and grabbed her arm, "Now I've got you. You little rat. Now, try and tell me where your mom and da are now, while I have you..."

Andrea Peltier Andrea huffed when the little girl snapped at her, she popped her in the back of her head, "Respect yer elders, lass!" she creased her features, "Don't yer parents teach ya manners? You just say thank you, not backtalk! That'll get ya pop on the skull!" she saw her eyes dart around, when the cop grabbed her arm and spoke she popped his hand, "Get yer filthy hands off my daughter ya baffoon!" she winked while the girl could see but the cops couldn't.

She flinched a little when the woman hit her in the back of the head. When the copper grabbed her arm and the woman smacked him Cat grinned. The policeman said, "Oh, I'm sorry ma'am. We've been after this little.....err...um...girl for a while. We'd been told by other people that she was without parents. You are the girls mother? So you claim responsibility for her?" he narrowed his eyes at the woman, "Excuse me, ma'am but you don't look old enough to be her mother." he said without turning the girl loose. Cat wiggled and looked at the woman when she took up for her. She didn't know why she did that, no one else ever has. She continued to twist her wrist to try to get loose as the copper talked to the woman.

Andrea Peltier Andrea smirked when the cop said he was sorry, she cocked a brow when he stuttered a little. "Yes, I am her mother, and yes, I claim her." she nodded. When he said she didn't look old enough she cooly said, "Thank you for the compliment but I'm actually older than I look. It's this make-up I'm wearing, high-quality." she narrowed her eyes, "Now, if you would. LET...GO." she gestured to the girl's wrist which was starting to turn a little blue...

The cop let Cat go and looked down at the girl and back up at the woman, "Uh...sorry...sorry. Well, if you're taking responsibility for her than I guess I'll be leaving. I'll make sure to put that in my paperwork. Thank you ma'am." he took his hat off and nodded to her. He walked out the way he came. Cat watched him go while rubbing her wrist with the other hand. She turned back to the woman and narrowed her eyes. In a thick Irish brogue she said, "What did ye do that fer? Ya should know I don't have nothin ta give ya." Cat watched the woman intently...."My name be Cat. What's yers?"

Andrea Peltier Andrea smirked, "Good day to ya sir." she waved him off. She smirked at the girl's behavior. "I did it because I can't bear to see another child in one a those orphanages. I don't want nothin' of yours, dearie." she smiled, "I'm Andrea. But you will call me Miss Peltier." she smirked her signature smile, a tilt up of the head, lips puffed out, slightly narrowed eyes. She looked around, "If you're gonna stay in here, we have ta get you out of those.." she gestured to Cat's clothes, "Erm..rags." she took Cat by the shoulder and brought her backstage. She made her sit in Andrea's chair. Andrea sat on the desk in front of her...."We've got to get you a bath."

Cat let Andrea lead her into the dressing room, she sat down. When Andrea said she needed a bath Cat narrowed her eyes. "Ain't ya ever heard cats don't like baths?" with a determined look on her face she said, "I AIN'T takin' no bath."
