New Hope Hospital ~the RP~

The clam fell silent, and stopped wiggling so much. The cause of this was not quite clear, since it could be anything from exaustion to aspiration (lack of water and all- though that was unlikely from all the screaming and pounding). But at any rate, it was quiet and still for a spell, for whatever reason if any at all.

"What should be done with him--her? It?" He looked confused and mildly surprised, though the latter was far less noticeable than the prior. "And, if you don't mind my asking, how'd we get a clam in here?"

Sarah had alredy set about quickly throwing tgether ingredients in a phail, all of them convieniently stored in the same cabinet as the potions.

"Well, I have to reverse whatever happened...." she swiriled the concotion, "Aparently someone or something had spilt a potion that turned that poor boy into this clam..."

Sure enough, the 14 year old who had been resting peacefully on one of the waiting room couches had been turned into a shiny black razor clam. If Nick knew anything about mollusk biology, (s)he may have noticed the subject's age. If not, she could simply note that the fine, black shell was very, very dry. The inside was drying out aswell, but it wasn't immideatly apparent... Perhaps it would be a good idea to drop it into some water. Any water would do really- it wasn't like he was a real razor clam.

Sarah set the clam down, aparently deciding it wasn't important. She seemed o have finished the concotion and decided to walk away...


Until a few minuets later, there was a terible scraping sound and the healer draged into the treatment room a gigantic vat filled with icy water.

"THis should do..." she nearly panted from the exhertion of moving it.

She quickly regained her composure, and flung the stopered vial over here shoulder into the vat. It maded a small plop as it sunk... then began to hiss, the water changing to a greenish blue soup, complete with miniature waves. It smelled of brine and breeze.

'THis should do... but I hope the boy gets his clothes back... the first time I tried this concotion things were a litttle, shal we say, embarising."

She lifted the clam, rolled up her sleve, and set it gently on the bottom.

The mixture began to buble violently, it was a goond thing the vat was large enough to more then hold a person.

The pounding started up again, though this time thre was little chance those outside the vat could hear it. This didn't matter much, since all it meant was that Haru was again consious, and quite alive. The pounding didn't last for ver long though, because pretty much as soon as the bubbling started, it began to hurt when he pounded the shell. Not his fist (for he did, in fact, keep his fists) but the shell itself. "Nani?!" It opened a bit, and a pair of blood-red eyes peaked out at the world... Noticing it was slowly becoming larger (though he hadn't noticed it shrink...) and...

Nick had darted over to assist the Healer as soon as he realized she was dragging something much heavier than normal. "I'll see if I can find something. A towel, if nothing else..." He turned to go hunting, since he knew exactly where a spare bath-sheet was.

Sarah put her hand over her mouth in suprise, "Oh dear!"

SHe looked down towards the opaque bubling concotion, "I added in something I didn't need to.... I hope the poor boy isn't alergic..."

It was a single ingredients, but when mixed with some of the others already in the solution, it made exactly the same postion that turned Haru into a girl...

There was this unshakable feeling of deja-vu. Not the water, or the fact that he was most definately being turned into something else (though that had happened to him a few times in the past). No, this was something else, something more... Oh crap! Suddenly the water sloshed in one impressive Tsunami, splashing about a third of it out of the vat. ""

Before truly realizing what was going on (though, Haru certainly did realize most of it) the teenager stood up and swore, now able to stand on the bottom and breathe (since there was less water in it). Only after a moment did (s)he realize that this time, there were no clothes on hand.

"IEEK!" It was a very girly shriek, and the bright band of color across the boy-turned-girl's cheeks emphasized 'her' embarassment. One hand across the chest, and one over the nether regions. True, most if not all, of the people in the room were actually female, but Haru was either not aware of this or still too embarassed to put some semblance of order to 'her' thoughts. "Where are my clothes?!"

Lutia turned to see what all the commotion was about smiling wildly at the commotion trying not to laugh as she realized where the clam went
"with more clams like that you would see people take a much bigger interest in them"
walking across the room over to the fully stocked medicine cabinet Lutia pulled out the nearly empty 'bribery bag' and began loading it with a number of alternate healing potions guaranteed to recover various amount of damage and a handful of remedies
"now we just need someone with telaportation abilities to give us a lift and this mission can reach the closing chapter"

"Oh dear..." said Sarah, choking down a good natured laugh. She hurried off, bringing back a towel, a mop, and a heavy bathrobe. She handed the now girl the towel and robe.

She then began turning to the large spill and began moping away, paarently not seeming in the least bit iritated by the new chores. "I'd assume those are your clothes there on the bench." she said, looking at a pile of cloth.

Haru had a mind to ignore everybody there- including but not limited to Sarah. However, that plan soon fell apart when 'her' more social feminine nature got the upper hand; not to mention the bathrobe and towel flying 'her' way. "Thank you."

The items were easily caught, and used quickly enough. The robe was pulled on, and then the towel wrapped around a rather long (and beautiful) cascade of raven hair. Two blood-red eyes observed the other people in the room, recognizing Nick, and wondering who the other woman (Lutia) was.

"Yes... they are..." They most likely wouldn't fit, though. (S)he made 'her' way over to said clothing items, and pulled on the pants easily enough. The shirt was regarded for a few minutes, and then the teen sighed. Even if it wasn't for the large rips across the front and back, Haru knew (s)he wouldn't beable to walk around in them comfortably. And that was mostly experience talking, for once.

Lutia pulls a transportation spell from the collection
"now lets see if that letter was true"
Lutia activates the item that would transport her to a location under her control.
unfortunatly due to the unexpected nature of the demonic item it also transported

and haru ette (minus the towel, robe and torn shirt)
off to lutias chosen destination

"Oh, sorry to bother you then."

He cursed inwardly, this was a setback...he would have to get the gold...the old fashioned way, and have to think of something to do to get the silver...
