My classes were based off of projects.. for example.. it wasn't really homework, but the more you got done the easier it was to fix any possible errors before the project had to be turned in. We had 10 weeks per term. Most of my classes were basically 1-2 project classes... so the only ones that had any form of homework was the science and math classes... (except that last term where the structural analysis class passed out homework.. but it was nearly all basic math so it was like nothing)

Mine have, like, ten, fifteen projects. :/
And they each have about one week due dates.
So, yeah...

ahh.. mine was hard but not in that sence... mine were more or less along the lines of "If you mess this up out in the world it could kill people" sort of thing... i don't envy architects... I marvel at their skills in building... (but growing up with a carpenter and knowing some.. their planning could be better)

Actually, with the right art, you can get into the business without being in a business. ^^;
Just start making random things and put them out as available for licensing.
That's what one of my professors wants every single artist in the class to do, to join up with some other people and go ahead and start licensing out art, like objects and textures.

that'd be cool.... What i really need to do is take some basic drawing lessens again... (then i could teach the little brother- who's not so little- so he can finally make his bloody comic ideas..) and me just make better paperdolls and layout designs for websites or what not.. -eventually i want to make something like gaia but mostly rpg based-
