that's what i'm doing.. eh.. sorta.. for the rpg.. each race type will have a picture association to make it easier to figure out lol

I'm getting really frustrated with this silly program that's due on Friday, it's not doing anything the way I want it to.

i wish i knew programming to help... but since i don't.. i know it's a pain just cause i've seen coding.. but what about dissecting it to see what may be causing the rpoblem?

That's what I have to do to debug. xD
I go through and change sections I think might be causing it by hand (since they're usually variable that cause my problems) and see how it behaves afterward.
I found my problem, so it's better now. :]

Oh, we used Dark Basic. It's the simplest program, it would highlight the error.

If I take any other programming classes, I'll be coding in C, probably. >>;
Python is pretty straightforward and easy to use, the only real problem is that there's no real debugging, so you REALLY have to hunt for your errors.
Mine wasn't really an actual error, though, because everything still ran fine, it just wasn't doing things the exact way I wanted. ^^;
