Mine's about four years old or so now, but it's pretty big.
About the size of the standard old analog computer screen.
So it acts up a teeny bit on widescreens, but it's easy to adjust to that.
It has pressure detection, so the lines are darker or lighter depending upon how hard you press the pen to the tablet surface.
I haven't been able to get that feature to work on the Vista or 7 OS, though, unfortunately...
It also has a software bundle, but it's registered under my name, and I don't have any of the codes for it anymore, anyway, so those would have to stay with me, unfortunately...
I love my tablet, it's about as good as any of the new ones except it doesn't support touch, it only supports the pen and its mouse.
It's a Wacom Graphire 4, and I still love it, it's my baby, I have it hidden in my boyfriend's underwear drawer in his room. xD

like i don't ramble? lol.. anyways that's cool spazzy... i'm looking up the tuts on da as jin mentioned.... found one not really a tutorial but more like a guide which will be helpful more for shading and basic hand work..
and besides spazzy.. i will cause i'd want to *Sticks tongue out* 4laugh rofl and cause i could lol

i should write all my pic ideas.... at least somewhere.. i just had an awesome one to make for my mom just because she's so cute... a dragon holding a lil doll that resembles her with a caption that says 'your little dragon loves you, because you're oh so cute!'
yeah i know i'm a sad creature... but my parents rock.. and my mom really is adorable.. she's getting cuter/ prettier every year

I have a book dedicated to my ideas.
And I have a folder on my computer where I type them up, as well.
So, of course, I'd say it's a good idea, that way you can always come back to them. :]

my list is getting long... between rpg scenes that i'd like, story scenes.. guild pics.. group pics... family pics... secondlife stuff when i can get back in that game... pics for kat.. just cause i can... the rpg character pics and cards.... and the list keeps going..

No worries, my list is really long, as well. ^^;
Mostly because I have a lot of characters in my head, a lot of game ideas, and a lot of comic ideas.
And I want to start drawing textures and objects to license out for games. >>;
