Jason made his way into the office, ooing and ah-ing at all the cool jutsu being used by the S-rank nin here, he then saw ryoko about to kick the shin guy, and focused on his chakra, gathering it up with his tattoo's into his hands.

((first of all ... goddamn the two of you! Ryoko by the time you would have climbed those stairs I would have hit him already I move almost as fast as sound with that jutsu. BUT FINE I'll just kill all of you and the entire village cause of one little a*****e that did that. ))

Shin saw that he was too be kicked but he moved to fast and the guy just missed.
Shin jumped away and he said "lets leave." Shin was making odd seals as he left the building.

Katsu started a new jutsu and jabbed flames at Daichi aiming for his heart. "Katon: San" Katsu said as he lashed out a barrage of attacks.

((You never said you hit him just that it was a millimeter away from his neck, making me believe it was smply a threat of some sort. You also said that he would be too drunk to avoid it, furthering my belief because you would have said it hit him. Obviously you believed that he couldn't dodge it, so why didn't you just say it hit him?))
