Mairi gave a small nod in thanks and kept silent.After that blunder in the lobby, she didn't feel like talking again anytime soon.Ginhana gave Raen a curious look before cocking her head slightly at the clicking noise.

Raen cocked an eyebrow when the door opened to reveal a pudgy woman with silvery white hair and massive thick glasses and a pair of tiny Chihuahuas whose nails were clicking on the floor; both of them were smaller than Ginhana, even combined.

Unable to help herself, Mairi let out a snort of laughter and quickly turned it into a half sneeze.Lowering her head slightly to hide her grin as Ginhana sized up the two dogs and turned her nose at them, a deliberate snub.She sat straighter, making Mairi's grin widen slightly.

Raen forced back a laugh when both Chihuahuas started barking. The hilarious thing was that the dogs sounded like someone was popping bubble wrap more than barking. Satsuki snickered, shrugging as she slid out of the elevator past the woman whose eyes were so magnified that they were black pupils with thin rings of gray that were her irises. She blinked owlishly as if trying to figure out who they were before she spoke in a low, squeaky yet nasal voice. "Who are you ladies?" she said with a confused look.

Mairi finally lost it, letting out a happy sounding bubble of laughter when she called Raen a lady "I'm Mairi, and he's Raen.The snobby thing at my feet is Ginhana." She scooted past the woman and started fallowing Satsuki, leaving Raen to deal with the inquisitive old woman and yappy dogs.Ginhana let out a little growl when Mairi called her snobby.

Raen exhaled as he slid past the woman, who strolled into the elevator, apparently forgetting all about him. He followed after Satsuki and Mairi, noticing that they stopped at the next to last door from the end before the assistant manager opened the door; he noticed it was fairly nice, though by no means excessive.

Mairi opened her eyes a little to expand her sight and searched the apartment.Two bedrooms and a full bathroom.She wasn't able to tell much besides there was a decent amount of room and they'd obviously have to buy furniture "Well, Raen, what do you think?" Ginhana bounded into the apartment and disappeared into one off the rooms, exploring.

Raen shifted his weight, looking around. "It's nice, and fortunately when we get the furniture, the elevator will be easy to work around," he said thoughtfully; the steps wouldn't be too bad, either, unless they were using them to bring the beds up. He glanced towards the window, noticing the small balcony outside the apartment through a sliding door.

Mairi nodded slightly and ran her hand along the nearest wall.Shooting her energy outward, she was able to get a real sense of the place and what it would have been like with an actual family living there.She was quite for a moment, seemingly dazed "How much is it?" Ginhana appeared out of one of the rooms and gave Mairi a curious look.The girl had obviously picked up on something.

Raen glanced towards Satsuki, who was staring at him with a deep blush; he was unaware that the sun streaming into the window made his hair seem ablaze against his lightly tanned skin while making his eyes seem more like tanzanite gemstones than anything. "It's 165,000 yen," she said with a slightly dreamy tone, unaware that Raen's warm aura was part of the reason for her reaction to him. Raen glanced towards Mairi, wondering why Satsuki was acting the way she was.

Almost absentmindedly, Mairi cracked Raen in the back of the head, knowing it would irritate him and therefore change the effect his aura had on the woman.Pulling out her wallet, she felt the bills, finding the ones that would make the exact amount for the apartment "Do we need to sign any papers?" She idly wondered if Raen had actually ever dealt with something like this.Whereas the sunlight made Raen's features 'burn', it turned Mairi's softer, her hair taking on a raven blue hue and her pale skin glowed a bit.If she opened her eyes, the sunlight really would have made them look like crystals.

Raen grunted as Mairi swatted him in the back of the head, unconsciously retracting his aura. He saw Satsuki blink as if waking from a deep sleep before she inhaled, looking around with confusion. Hmmm, I wonder if that could be useful, he thought. "There are a couple, hai," she said with a mildly embarrassed look as she left the room. Raen sighed as he leaned against the wall close to the small kitchenette, watching Mairi from the corner of his eye. "Better be careful; we don't know how long we'll be here, and with your looks, I have little doubt that there will be guys attracted to you," he said with a chuckle, teasing her.

Mairi snorted slightly as Satsuki left to get the paperwork "Uh huh, right.If I remember correctly guys like short twingy girls that wear miniskirts.Not ones that could top them in height, actually has a shape and dresses like a boy." Ginhana growled at her "You're infuriating!" Mairi raised an eyebrow slightly in surprise "What'd I do?" Ginhana ignored her and went back to exploring the apartment.

Raen rolled his eyes as he shrugged, rolling his shoulders as he snickered softly. "And what's wrong with miniskirts? I don't mind a girl taller than me, to be honest. You look at Makoto or Michiru, and they ain't among the 'short, twiggy girls', that's for damn sure," he said with a chuckle. He cocked his head as the door opened to reveal Satsuki again with a sheaf of papers, he gauged between three and five papers.

Mairi gave him a look, her eyes now open and, as said, sparkling like crystals in the light "What's wrong with miniskirts is the fact that they show things I'd rather keep hidden.You're the weird exception.And do either of them have boyfriends?No.And both of them are shorter than me anyways so they don't count." She fell silent as Satsuki walked back in, too flustered to realize she still had her eyes open.Mairi gawked at the woman for a moment, ethereal Tarot cards appearing and flipping over, displayed in front of her.It was simple enough and Mairi spoke without thinking, her eyes moving as if she were actually read a spread of cards in front of her "You're getting married..Fall, near Halloween...It's a themed wedding, you plan on being an angel...Fitting...." Ginhana had appeared back into the room sometimes during Mairi's rant and gaped at her, something between awe and mortification crossing her face.Mairi seemed dazed again, not really paying attention as the cards shifted and changed, showing the course the womans life would take.
