CHRIS JERICHO VS. ROB VAN DAM

After the last commercial ends, TNWR Raw goes back on live. The main cameras focusing on the crowd as they're waiting for the next match. Fireworks bursts from the stage as the camera shifts at the direction of the stage, the titantron shows 'Break the Walls Down' as the crowd reacts with a loud ovation for the return of Chris Jericho. Adam Morenoff's famous play of 'Break the Walls Down' would then play as Jericho's entrance music. The camera turns to the area of some fans raising their arms high, cheering for Jericho. A huge ovation is heard from the TNWR universe as Chris Jericho would secretly walk out of the curtains with his flashing jacket, he turns around and spreads his arms, without being shown from the camera. The camera would show Jericho as he spreads his arms in his famous taunt, having his black flashing jacket. After a few seconds he turns around and raises left arm up in the air as the crowd cheers loud for the return of the Ayatollah. "Oh my god! The return of Y2J!" Michael Cole shouts in excitement, blending into the crowd's reaction. Y2J lowers his arm and takes a bit of a look of the crowd, of course in a return, he smiles. Jericho then walks down the ramp, as the bell rings. "Introducing first, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, weight in 227 pounds.......Y2J Chris Jericho!!!!" The ring announcer in the background introduces Jericho to a respectable cheer. Jericho walks down up towards the steel steps and gets inside the ring. He raises his arm in a good cheer and takes off his jacket. His music fades away as he waits for RVD. The crowd starts clapping and cheering for Y2J. Slowly fading away after a few chants, waiting for a familiar foe.

Rob Van Dam's theme slowly starts and gets louder after the fans can here the words "ONE OF A KIND!" Hit the PA system. Once they hear the theme, they begin cheering loud, and RVD walks out from the curtains smiling, and look at the crowd who continues to cheer. He takes a few steps until he reaches the top of the ramp and takes another good glance at the cheering audience, and he quickly raises his arms and a short pyro goes off. Van Dam then begins walking down the ramp just before his introduction.

Announcer: This match is set for onefall. Introducing first.... from Battle Creek Michigan, weighing in at 236 pounds, ROB...VAN...DAAMM!"







Rob Van Dam continues down the ramp, smiling at the fans in attendance and shakes a few of their hands before he makes it to the ring. He walks up the steps and stops to take another glance at the fans before he enters through the second rope. RVD walks to the TB and climbs to the middle one, and does his classic "ROB... VAN... DAM" taunt up there. He then gets down, doing some stretches, practicing punches and kicks to prepare for his match.

The crowd buzzes over RVD's arrival. Jericho nods his head as he is in the corner of the ring, waiting for the referee to ring the bell. The referee checks on both competitors and signals to the time keeper to ring the bell. The bell rings and the match begins. Y2J slowly walks to the middle of the ring to greet Rob Van Dam.

RVD walks to the center as well, looking Jericho up and down. Ready for whatever he tries.

Jericho walks back a few steps as he goes for a lock up to start things off. The crowd sits back on their chairs to witness two of the best competitors go at it, again.

RVD locks up with Chris Jericho before transitioning behind him, and getting him in a waist lock

With RVD getting a quick advantage, Jericho grins and tries pulling RVD's arms away from his waist. Even though he seems a little unsuccessful at it, Chris tries to move his body around leaving for RVD to lose grip of Jericho's waist.

RVD let's go after realizing that this wasn't going to last, and quickly changes to a side headlock!  

[CWFTheUndertaker]

As always, Rob Van Dam showing his quick decisions, Jericho falls for the side headlock. Y2J starts moving his arms around as Rob continues to gain advantage early on.

Rob keeps it locked in, trying to stay on step ahead of Y2J.

Rob gets it locked in. Jericho starts throwing up his right arm up in the air,moving his hand around, showing signs he's clearly not losing any hope.

Rob keeps it locked in, refusing to let go.

Jericho keeps waving his right arm up in the arm, Jericho shows some relentless fight as he uses his left elbow and hits Rob Van Dam in the ribs, trying to get some breathing space for the former Champion.
