how does this traing work

you post that in the training area that you like and use: 0/12 and up til you get to 12 then your pokemon level up!

In the threads like Baby Field, the Saffari, and other things like that. They are below these stickies. Be sure to read the first post on each page of the training areas before posting in them so you know how many training posts it takes to level up your Pokémon.

Bayleef evolves into Meganium at level 32 so yes, and it is perfetly fine to use custom trainer sprites.
