Yeah, and since I'm the life guard, there are pretty much no rules (I like to swim exposed when no-one's around, which is pretty much always) other than: If you run, fall, and hurt yourself - that's your problem, it's funny. No diving in the shallow end, are you daft? No drowning.
Before I left America, I was CPR certified as well, trained by the Red Cross in multiple levels of First Aid, I am certified to save lives in emergencies.
