"Well this was a disappointment."It is unwise to attack tigrex from behind as close as a spy does, while his tail does come off, his spin attack is deadly on G rank. Also spies have considerably less health than anything in MH.
And if that doesn't work, I'll just call for an Uber. With the new Bot system, I don't even need a buddy. surprised

And if that doesn't work, I'll just call for an Uber. With the new Bot system, I don't even need a buddy. surprised Trust me, Tigrex gets madder when he can't see what is attacking him, and there is a time limit to kill monsters in MH also his weakpoint to cutting damage is on his head, neck and chest. The best way to assault him is to get behind him and get his attention, when he turns hit his head to stun him and then move and start charging another attack, eventually his horns will break/face will scar.

A backstab always deals 6 times the victim's current health. Which is why it's truly the only 1HKO aside from stage deaths.
