I mean, I can find outfor almost anything else... but I'm not sure how this time...

There's a section on the very far right with like your message box one of the choices is Add Friend or something like that.
Then you put in Regulustheheroic in the friend request and click send.

Then you put in Regulustheheroic in the friend request and click send.
That was the first thing I checked. I saw the "friend" option over there, but there is no "add friend"
I'll check again...
