Aside from the fact that I have no clue what Neplomacy is, that sounds like a fairly interesting morning.
I'll be satisfied if I can eat at all this morning and finally get to sleep...XD

Muwahahahaha~
It's a slightly modified version of a popular tabletop/online game, where players move army units around on a board. However, it's setup to encourage Diplomacy among the players. Players are encouraged to form alliances... and break them. XD Good stuff.

I definitely feel like you've explained this to me before, now that I think of it...or described it while I was around.
