Dethan, City of Perpetual Darkness

Aquaria and Sanvi followed Garin out of the library and around the house, looking for somewhere to sleep. They looked around for any other clues to Garin's past, as well.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Here's a room with beds in it," Garin replied, after looking in a room.  

[marixe alcyone]

"That's kind of strange, though, isn't it?" Aquaria remarked. Beds, in a vamipre house?  

[Cecily D Aria]

"No, usually there's a bed or two around. We sleep when we are healing," Garin replied. That wasn't the only reason, but it was good enough.  

[marixe alcyone]

"Is that really the only reason you have beds here?" Aquaria asked. "There are quite a few, especially since you only need them when healing. There couldn't be that many vampires that need them, even in a large clan."  

[Cecily D Aria]

Garin just shrugged. "Well, there are other things you can do in a bed besides sleep," he repleid.  

[marixe alcyone]

Aquaria blushed furiously at this, and hoped Sanvi didn't see and figure it out.
Luckily, Sanvi didn't see, since she was turned away, blushing as well. God, that girl was clueless.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"but for now, they will be used for sleeping," Garin said. "So make yourselves comfortable."  

[marixe alcyone]

"Where will you be?" Aquaria asked, laying down.
Sanvi laid down as well and closed her eyes.  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Wherever you want me," Garin replied, smiling down at her.  

[marixe alcyone]

"Can you stay in here?" Aquaria asked childishly. "I'm afraid I'll have another nightmare."  

[Cecily D Aria]

"Do you want me to hold you as you sleep?" Garin asked, stroking her cheek.  

[marixe alcyone]

"Can you just hold my hand for now?" Aquaria asked in reply. She reached out for him, trying to grab his hand.  

[Cecily D Aria]

Garin did as she wanted and held her hand in both of his.

Aquaria smiled up at him and then closed her eyes and drifted to sleep. She had another dream about the hunter, and this time she saw two other vampires coming to fight as well. She couldn't see their faces. They tried to drag her away from Garin, but she was holding his hand and he kept her safe.
