What is the one tool in Photoshop where I click somewhere and then click elsewhere and it paints where I first clicked? And then how do I use it? XD

Hey Fish! Give Adobe Fireworks a spin. I found it to be much better than Photoshop. :3 I made my current profile using Fireworks in about 6 hours and I use it at school all the time. My semester final is to create a website using it and Dreamworks. xD So fun. I have to finish it tomorrow.
Edit: Fireworks has vector... Vector is amazing! x3

Vector Graphics = WIN. No Pixels, even when you zoom in REALLY close. It's as smooth as a baby's bum.
Plus is you happen to have anything you've scanned, Live tracing can really smooth things out.

I tried gimp and paint.net a long time ago and kept feeling like it was like Photoshop but lame (hence GIMP), but I don't know. I don't even know what Vector Graphics are.

Dino Pakkun also MS Paint is really good Yes it is. As basic as it is, the overall improvements to it in Windows 7 are good.

Vector graphics don't lose quality no matter how big you make them. Also I have Fireworks and Illustrator on my computer, but never really looked into them. I may just do that.
