I love watching the rollercoaster of emotions seen on Olivia's face in this moment. She starts off as cowering in fear, knowing what terrible things Negan's done before. Then she sort of gets this disgusted look as he's mentioning he would be open to having sex with her. And finally her confusion and realization that Negan basically just said he wasn't going to force himself on her, that it was up to Olivia whether she would take the offer. Obviously Olivia is still insulted by Negan even mentioning such a thing to her by her slap. But I think there was just that very brief moment that Olivia acknowledged there's still humanity inside of Negan that's hidden behind the "bad guy" façade he works so hard to keep up.

I think it's subtle things like that that a majority of people miss. Yes, he's got a harem of "wives" but Negan never forced himself on them. He offered them a choice, they could work for their comfort like all of the other Saviors or they could have the sense of extra security by earning a special place by his side.

He wasn't happy when he found his guy about to rape Sonya while she was in their captivity. Heck, if a knife through the neck doesn't get the message across that Negan doesn't approve of forcing a woman to do something she doesn't give consent to, I don't know what will.
