I seem to get a headache when the light is on and when I'm using my laptop while it's on confused

~thinks~ I know light makes headaches worse,especially migraines.
I think they don't know how they get their own headaches at times.xD'

I know the few things that cause my headaches
I've done a little test with the light and my computer, I've noticed with the lights off I get less of a chance of getting a headache but with it on I seem to get it right away after like an hour confused
I also think of how bright my computer is can be part of the problem neutral

I think the light from a tv can do the same,if I remember right.
