thats why you do what mom did both times she got suddenly booted from her rented houses and stuff........buy your own damned house cheap with a good bank and when you get it all payed off, start fixing 'er up.....thats what we did.....yupyupyup

I think what he's saying is that the house was still owned by the bank...and the bank was selling the house because they'd be able to get $100k real quick.
Yeah that totally sucks and is evil there man. Good luck with your mom finding an apartment ^^;

My mom can't go to a bank because he credit is messed up, and Chase expects her to still pay off her loan she had taken out. We had put the property up for colateral (sorry i know its not spelled right but i never spell that word.) Well we wanted to sell some of our land to our neighbor, well the bank put a lean against our land which we still owned, and kicked my mom out. You see if she had sold any bit of the property, they wouldn't be able to make as much money, and it would be hard for them to get the land back from the neighbor. chase is putting up condos around where we lived, and i wouldn't be surprised if they don't buy out our old neighbors and covert all theat land into condos and crap like that.
