Fyress watched as Durithill push the cookies back at her, "Okay then, if you think so..." she said eating them herself. She turned to Lyle, "Another cookie?" she offered.

I think you would be gone.

Lyle smiled and graciously excepted her offer, "Thank you." He took another from the tray and ate it. This wolf still fascinated him. It seemed exceptionally intelligent for a wolf. Lyle's curiosity wanted to use his stand to examine the beast. However, Lyle didn't like to use Mr. Crowly like that. "So...what brings you and...Spike...to Flanys?"

Fyress looked over at Durithill almost asking him for some help without saying anything, "Umm, Spike and I, we really like to travel alot" she said almost questioning herself even. "You know? First, a little bit of everything, and then coming back to the places we like best".

I think you would be gone.

Durithill looked back at Fyress like he was saying 'What do you want from me? I'm a wolf.' It wasn't like he could scratch out a reason on the floor without Lyle noticing. And speaking would be even worse.

Lyle smiled, "Really, I travel a lot too. I have been since I graduated from university." He was really enjoying their company, even if they were acting a little strange. He didn't mind it too much really, he just enjoyed the company.

Since he graduated from university? Then there was a good chance that this man was older then Durithill. While Durithill had the powerful presence of a middle aged man while in his human form, he was actually relativly young. 22-years-old, to be exact. He'd gone through a lot in his few years of living though. Unlike Lyle, he hadn't wasted his time with useless things like schooling. Everything he needed to know, he had learned on his own.

Lyle placed his hand on the wolf's head and patted it gently, "Well, I should probably get a room before it gets too late." He got up and went over to the front desk, to greet the rather bored looking woman there, "Hello I would like to buy a room for the night." The woman stared up at him and motioned to a sign, informing him of the nightly rates. When Lyle saw the cost for one night, he blushed embarrassed, "Well, I don't have enough money...for a night..but you think I could just give you the money I have, and that would be okay. It's just one night." The woman looked up at him, looking irritated, "Listen pal, you give me the price posted, or no room for you. End of discussion."

Fyress' eyes widened as Lyle patted Duritill on the head. She felt like screaming noo!!!, but she didn't. Instead just hoped that Lyle didn't get his hand bitten off, "Yeah, I suppose it is pretty late then isn't it?" she said. "I don't think I would want a room here though.." she said eyeing the window, "It's pretty cold here, I think I'd rather go else where in time for morning, what about you Spike? Feel like finding warmer climate someway somehow?".

Durithill attempted to scowl as Lyle patted him on the head. He absolutly hated to be patted, petted, or any of the other various actions you would perform on a dog. Luckily for Lyle and his hand, Durithill simply gritted his teeth and slightly bared his fangs instead of taking a chunk out of the hand. Durithill glanced over at Fyress when he was adressed, then looking out the window at the snowstorm before looking back at Fyress and shaking his hea. There was no way he'd be able to travel through that without either using magic or reverting to his human form, neither of which he wanted to do. Besides, he was warm enough with his fur and the fire, and the inn owners probably wouldn't kick him out since he was just a dog. They might kick Fyress and Lyle out if they didn't have enough money, but that was fine by him.

Lyle began pleading with the woman, "Please, I need a place to stay. It's just one night. Just until the blizzard blows over." The woman, now standing up, stared hard at him, "And I'm telling you, no money, no room. I get people like you all the time trying to get a free room cause they have no money. It's bad for business." Lyle leaned over the desk closer to her, "Then I'll work the rest off. What can I do. Cook something, clean my own room, clean some other rooms, what?" The woman still shook her head, "If I did that for you, I'd have to do it for everybody, and that still would be bad for business. I don't need more workers, I need people like you to pay your rent!" She snapped her fingers, and too larger men rose from their seats, and hoisted Lyle up by his arms. They took him to the door, and lopped him outside in the snow. he fell face first into the snow, and the two men laughed.

Durithill stood with a yawn and began to head for the door. He didn't feel like spending another night in Flanys, so he was going to try his luck with the snow. His fur should protect him from the cold, but if he got stuck and buried in snow it wouldn't be good. As he was about to go out the door, however, a pentagram suddenly appeared around him and started glowing. "What the-!" he muttered in surprise as he felt the dark magic begin to pull on him and his vision became blurry as his surroundings began to shift.

Meshik casually walked into the town, "Well, here it is," He declared to Kya.

"By the way...What was that grin from before for?" Meshik asked as they walked into the town.

Kya smiled, wrapping an arm around his hip. "You want to know?" She asked, her voice a lustful purr again. It was obvious that she was teasing him.
