His other hand trailing up Saiya's spine to twine in her hair, Kai went with his feelings. Choosing to fully taste the wonders of emotions... It almost seemed as if he might not come up for air as he put his longing in the kiss.

Kai chuckled. "Sorry." he stated, not really sounding it at all with his wide grin. His hand played in her hair as he enjoyed looking in Saiya's eyes.

"At this rate we'll never make it before the festival ends." Saiya pointed out as she enjoyed the feeling of his hands in her short hair. Sighing she wiggled a little. "I hate to be the voice of reason but we better get moving."

Still smiling, Kai slowly set her feet on the ground as he kept eye contact. "I wouldn't want you to miss the hike." he whispered, taking his arm from around her waist to weave his fingers with hers. "I would say race ya..."

Laughing Kai brought their hands up to kiss Saiya's hand. "You have a point there." he commented. "And you don't know the way." Kai added as he brushed some hair back from her face. "Plus..." he said, examining their intertwined fingers. "The quicker we get going to quicker we can stop for the night..."

Coughed at Saiya's mention of getting laid. "I'm perfectly satisfied at kissing." he muttered, allowing himself to be pulled along. "But lets not camp by any water tonight." Kai added catching up to Saiya to wrap his arm around her as they walked.
