Aubrey kissed his neck a few more time and then stopped. She took another drink. Kelsey was whining to Jake about dancing. Matt was on Patrick's lap now and they talked with the occasional kiss. Celiea looked at Zak and Aubrey. Aubrey looked back at Celia and she wrapped her arms around Zak's neck. Kelsey stopped arguing with Jake and looked at Aubrey. "Aubrey! Jack won't dance with me?! I love you and you know your my best friend!" she said. "Hey!!" Matt complained. "Sorry I mean best girl friend. Will you come dance with me?" she asked. Aubrey laughed and nodded. "Yeah of course." she said. Aubrey looked at Celia and gave her the death glare. She kissed Zak. "I'll be right back again. You can talk to Jake if you want." she said and got up.

Zak had let her still kiss his neck, but he watched Kelsey and Jake argue slightly. He tried to ignore Matt and Patrick though. When Aubrey and Kelsey left, he nodded to what she said, and kissed back. He didn't feel like having another incident with Celia, so he moved over to Jake and asked, "What in the hell is up with her, and why are Aubrey and her so ticked off about eachother? I understand why for what happened, but they seemed like that before too..." He said, and pointed to Celia.

Jake looked at Celia and then leaned over to Zak. "Celia is jealous of Aubrey. They used to be best friends but then Celia wanted to everything Aubrey had. A good apartment. A nice job. College. Everything about Aubrey makes Celia feel envy. One day Aubrey had an offer to sell her art to a museum. Celia sabbatoged it. Aubrey gave up persuing her art career and they've hated each other ever since." Jake explained. He looked over at the two girls dancing.

Zak had listened, but watched the girls dance. "Oh..." He said, and knew now he had a major backup reason if he did hire that girl to kick Celia's a**.

Aubrey and Kelsey were dancing. Aubrey smiled brightly. Occasionally some guys would come up to them and they would just move away. Jake looked at the girls and smiled. "Aubrey seems happier. Just a few days ago I remember she would have a very...sad smile. But this new smile is real. You really highlighted her life." he said.

Zak smiled as he heard Jake. "Well, she's the best thing in mine... We lost contact awhile ago, and now we're back together. She was the only thing that kept me in check." He said, watching Aubrey and Kelsey.

Jake looked at Zak. "Really? She has never mentioned you. Actually she's never mentioned anything about her past before New York except for her mother." he said.

"Well, that's why... We grew up together before something happened to me, and we lost contact... " He said, looking to Jake.

Jake nodded. "Ah I see." he said and took a sip of his drink. Soon the girls came back laughing. Aubrey picked up her drink and took a big gulp. She smiled and kissed Zak. "You guys should come dance with us." Kelsey suggested.

As Aubrey kissed him, he kissed back before taking a sip of his. "I'll go, but I don't know how to slow dance." He said to Aubrey, looking to her. He knew how to dance anything but slow dance... He never could... "The only way I might look decent is if I'm three sheets to the wind." He said as a joke, looking to them.

"Awww thats okay there isn't going to be a slow dance for awhile." she said and pulled on his arm a bit. Kelsey had convinced Jake to go and they were already on the dance floor.

He smiled and nodded, looking to her. He let her pull, and walked out with her to where Kelsey and Jake were.

Aubrey smiled when they got to the dance floor. She began dancing, moving her hips to the music. Celia looked at this as an oppurtunity. She thought opf a plan in her mind.

Zak smiled softly as he watched her, and began to dance with her, but letting her do her own thing. He ignored Celia, but if he did look to her, he'd give death glares.

Aubrey noticed this. She tried to ignore it. She moved closer to him as she danced. "So I saw you talking with Jake! What did you guys talk about?!" she asked over the music.
