Could Be Worse [Awesome x Mayah]

The teacher gave her an odd look at her first comment but continued walking by swerving over her devious feet. "More than you? You love me?" he asked with a half-smirk.

Moving even further away, Michaela blushed darkly and looked away. "Don't be ridiculous!" she laughed. "I'm too...erm...young for you! So wipe that damned smirk off your face." 'Unless you want to be raped by a nineteen year old,' she thought. "I meant that they loved you more than they loved me at times."

He chuckled softly. "No, they bragged about you every chance they could. 'Look at her big eyes!' 'Watch her walk to me!' 'Doesn't she have a voice of an angel!' he mocked and blew out a stream of smoke with a sigh before glancing at her again. "And don't worry, I think it's kinda cute that you've got a crush on me." he teased and ruffled her hair.

She scoffed. "I do not have a crush on you! And I'm not cute!" Fixing her hair, she slid his shirt off her arms and tied it around her waist, refusing to look at him the whole time. "And besides...you're too...blond...for me..."

"Okay, we'll go with that." Alcott snickered and dropped his cigarette, stamping out the remaining flame before he continued the walk. All this walking, he had forgotten where they were going.

"How old are you, anyway?" Michaela asked, her hands in her pockets.

"Too old for you."

 

[Mayah Playah]

"Ah, that old, huh?" she teased. "I'm guessing 28, but I could be wrong."

"Thirty-five." he corrected.  

[Mayah Playah]

"So you act eighty, look twenty, and just so happen to be middle aged?"  

[Its Smiley]

"I don't tell you how to live your life."  

[Mayah Playah]

"And I don't tell you how to....Erm...just stop being a jerk!"

"Great comeback. I don't think I'll ever recover from that." Alcott said with obvious sarcasm. A few more minutes passed of walking and the sun was finally beginning to fall, and it was at that time that the two came across a fork in the road. "So, which way do we go?" he asked and looked to Michaela for her answer.

"Left...you a*****e."

"Sheesh, calm down, will ya?" Alcott sighed as he turned. He reached into his coat and pulled out a bottle of water. After taking a few sips he wiped his mouth with his sleeve then tossed it to Michaela. "Take a few sips. I'm assuming your attitude is caused by this ungodly heat."
