"I could go for some rum." She mewed smiling softly nabbing her bottle back and skulled the rest watching Naruto stare at her in awe. She didn't even flinch, however, she did start to sway a little. "*hic*" The noise came from her mouth as she started to eat again. Unlike most people, Naomi didn't get clumsy when drunk. Oh no, she got deadly. Like Rock Lee. She got really dangerous. And remembered everything. Worst of all she didn't get hung over. "Hey~! We should. . . We should totally like you know~ Find Sasuke and drown him or something totally awesome like that you know?" She said to Thomas, grinning.

Naruto stared at her, afraid. He'd seen Lee in action and figured she was the same if she was acting like this. Oh god. He thought hoping one of the others had a similar idea to him. "Maybe we should go home and play a game~" He said.

Thomas cocked his head thoughtfully. "Wonder if there's any old breweries around. I have little doubt that would be a useful venture for quick money. If I remember right, rum's made from molasses and sugarcane juice," he said thoughtfully. He shrugged one shoulder as a smirk formed on his face. "I think we should tie Sasuke up and use him for target practice... shuriken, kunai... Roman candles, firecrackers," he said with a slight smirk. His eyes shifted toward the door for a second, though he could still see Sasuke. He smirked slightly more as he stood with something red in his hand, though he doubted Naruto recognized what was in his hand as a thick, doubled string of firecrackers. He focused a touch of Katon chakra to his fingertips and lit the fuse as he slid his hand and arm out of the curtain and flicked the firecrackers toward Sasuke, seeing them slide right between his legs before they went off with sharp popping sounds. Hinata giggled as she recognized what was in Thomas' hand.

Thomas was amused at the sharp yelps of surprise and shock from Sasuke as the firecrackers went off. He thought he heard slight snickers from over their heads, but ignored them for the moment. Hinata smirked slightly. "If I didn't know better, I would have said you were related to Naruto-kun," she said with amusement.

Naomi sat in her spot, smirking when she heard Sasuke's yelps of surprise. She felt just a little dead inside from this. She'd dared trust someone other than Thomas and they walked all over her. She could only trust Thomas. She couldn't let herself get hurt like that.

"Hey." Naruto giggled. "Don't get like that~!" He teased slapping her shoulder and grabbing her close. "Can't have you as Miss grumpy face~"

Thomas cocked an eyebrow slightly at Hinata's teasing tone. "Related to a hopeless ramen addict with the attention span of a drunk squirrel? I suppose it's possible," he said dryly. He was teasing both Hinata and Naruto with that. Hinata rolled her eyes at Thomas' deadpan reply, though she could tell he was teasing her, though she giggled at Thomas' description of Naruto. "Please, my Naruto-kun is far cuter than a squirrel," she said with amusement. "He probably tastes better than one, too," Thomas said wryly, smirking at Naruto.

Naruto glared at Thomas with a growl. "That's not nice! Here your friend is hurting and all you guys can do is tease me?! Mean!"

Naomi chuckled darkly. "Oh Naruto~" She teased messing up his hair. "I'm fine. I just need some chocolate."

"I know that stuff! Come with me!" He said grabbing her hand and dragging her out of the shop to the sweet shop.. Naomi stopped to kick a slightly hurting Sasuke and kept going a tiny smile on her lips.

Thomas cocked his head as Naruto darted out of the shop, dragging Naomi behind him, not seeming phased in the least at the Jinchūriki's annoyance. Hinata sighed as she paid for the meal, then stood as she walked towards the sweet shop across the street. She glanced over her shoulder, not all that surprised to see Thomas following her.

Naomi frowned and followed him quickly trying to just keep up. She looked over at her hyperactive friend. "Can you let me go?!" She hissed pulling back. "I'm not that keen on Chocolate right now it's like one am!"

Thomas snickered as Naomi slowed Naruto down before he darted forward and tickled the Jinchūriki's ribs. "We can get a little chocolate for later... frankly, I think it's a better idea if we get some sleep," he said dryly with a shrug. Hinata giggled as Thomas tickled Naruto, making her fiancé squirm. She sighed. "He does have a good point; you have that escort mission in the morning, Naruto-kun.. and I wouldn't be surprised if Tsunade-sama ends up saddling you with a team to test your 'teaching' talents," she teased. She was only half kidding, as she knew that Naruto was reluctant to teach any students. I wonder if she'll end up making Naomi-chan and Thomas-kun his students, she thought.

"But I don't wanna~" Naruto whined once the tickling stopped. "I wanna hang out with you guys~"

Naomi sighed softly. "Well I'm sorry but you have to. And that's that." She said firmly.

"But-" Naruto began but Naomi silenced him.

"You have work tomorrow, now go to bed and get some rest." Naomi growled.

"Fine." Naruto blew out. "But who's bunking with who?" He asked. "Now that you've broken up with Sasuke, I don't think crashing with him is a good idea."

Thomas rolled his eyes. "Dense a**," he sighed, shaking his head. Hinata stated her opinion as if it were nothing important. "You'll crash with us. It isn't like we have that many who stay with us, other than Tayuya-chan," she said bluntly. She shrugged as she spoke, well aware of the former Oto-nin's language issues and how when she'd 'died' during the initial retrieval mission for Sasuke.

Hinata giggled with amusement, shrugging as she started walking briskly towards the left side of the Hokage Monument where their compound was.

Naruto grinned, he'd sensed Naomi was upset and as a friend he'd me remiss in his duties if he didn't at least attempt to make her feel better. "Come on! It'll be fun!"

"Don't tell me." Naomi purred. "Pillow fights and girl talk?" She asked giggling a little shoving him playfully.

Naruto laughed then grinned again. "Sorta! But it'll still be fun! Right babe?" He asked Hinata smirking.

Thomas rolled his eyes. "As long as you don't decide to start a water balloon fight or paintball fight, I could really care less," he deadpanned. He noted they weren't far from a large home compound that was glowing a faint white in the moonlight. He could see a slight tension in Hinata's body, as if she were bothered slightly by something. Hinata exhaled slowly as they approached her former home... the Hyuuga Compound; their home was on the far side of it, however, and much nicer, she felt. She slapped Thomas' shoulder lightly, not all that amused at his suggestions as she was tired and wanted some sleep. She blinked as dirty laundry water splashed down on his head, soaking him from head to foot almost immediately. Thomas cocked an eyebrow when Hinata slapped his upper arm as if chastising him before he was doused with water that smelled vaguely like bleach and mud.
