	Niphredil Ithilmir A good rough guide for girls is if you take your height in cm and minus 105, it should be around your weight in kg.. eg a girl who is 170cm tall should weigh around 65kg. It works most of the time. Not sure about guys.. Hmm.. that means I'm underweight.. But I feel fat~ >.<
