I find a lot of them on blogs.
The one I'm going through at the moment is Pixel Dailies.
I've also posted a lot from Galactic Castle, Clairetonic (who also does Pusheen), and Noirlac (content warning on that one, he has some stuff that isn't strictly pg-13). There's a few from Waneella, too, though not much, most of that artist's stuff is better appreciated in full res, and it can be rather large (at least for people with smaller screen res like me).
I have a desperate love for pixel art (probably because I can't make it), so lots of that ends up in here, haha.
I also trawl deviantArt occasionally, but I find blogs to be generally easier (and less prone to having their image links break since links from dA aren't static for whatever stupid reason).
