*groans* I have a few students who consistently write like that. Seriously, I think it's just an affectation, which makes it annoying. Or it's a disease. One of the two.
Or maybe they really are that stupid. Which wouldn't be surprising, some days.
Edit: Sorry, that came off as more bitter than I meant. It's been a hard few weeks. (My principal told my mentor teacher yesterday that he was surprised I was still here. I think he meant it as a compliment, but it just makes me aware of how not-so-well I'm doing, and how much I don't really want to be here anymore.)
