Well, usually they give items like 3-4 weeks before their first evo. so as many people as possible can get them.

Once it starts it'll probably 2 weeks.
But, I think Gaia might be slowing down with their EI's now that RIG's are SO popular, and they're done by mostly the same people. It must get very daunting sometimes, all that work.
I'd rather they have awesome, well-thought-out evolutions every 3 weeks than crappy, rushed-together evolutions every 2 weeks. Wouldn't you?
