I watched it the first night...loved it.
Loved everything except the dragon sequence (after the Bilbo confrontation ended) and the Mary Sue-ness of Tauriel.

But Laketown was a delight, Thranduil might be my favorite character/performance in the trilogy so far, and the inclusion of the Necromancer storyline just makes everything all the more exciting. Wonderful experience. I'm dying to see it again already!
