Roulin wore a nice, cordial smile for the blonde, hazel-eyed waitress that came and took his order. He wasn't like his father in the sense that all women he passed that were remotely attractive would receive a smile and maybe even a stare. The common gesture was simply to make him look like a regular man. If his abnormally long hair didn't do it, then nothing else would've. For all this college-grad waitress knew, his purple eyes could've been just contacts. If she were a bio major, then she may have just passed it off as some sort of mutation. Either way, she was oblivious to the fact that he was a celebrity of the Owl world and that he was an Owl at all. There would be no mentioning of it either. After placing his order, he folded his menu. As the young woman lowered her slender hand to receive the menu, in waltzed Bailey, one of the two people he'd had the displeasure of being stuck with momentarily. The other was Erin who had control of her powers, but not her emotions.

"Good morning Bailey," said Roulin as he slid the menu from the waitress's awaiting hand. Looking up at the blonde, Roulin spoke, "Hey, if you don't mind, she's going to use this menu. For now, just bring me a tall cup of coffee and for her...whatever drink she wants." And just like that, the young woman took her leave, but not before taking a glance at the necklace that Bailey just had to wear. The Life Owl wasn't fond of the arrangement around her throat. To him, and his father, it was a collar and it made her look like a dog who was owned by their power. Being in control of several different abilities only made Roulin see Bailey as unfitting of her powers, but out of a sense of a pity, he refrained from killing her outright. Besides, he could teach her how to master those beautiful death machines which would sprout from her back when she was under stress.

"I think you know if I want company. Sit down Bailey." Roulin said stoically. Looking around at the people in the restaurant, he remained silent as the jukebox next to the door played it's tune. It wasn't bothersome as it was meant to be a part of the atmosphere. Still, the same fifteen songs did get annoying after a while. "Well Bailey, did you and your friends sleep well? No accidents?"

~~~
By the time the man at the table was removed, Che had already made his perch against the large stone column that helped support the multi-leveled casino. He couldn't be seen by the people at the table thanks to the flashing lights that constantly streamed from the ceiling. The different hues did their job of visually separating each table from the next. To the occupants of the poker table at which Kate sat, they were in a small little world that consisted only of techno, drum and bass, strobe lights painted in different colors and their opponents. Even then, the alcohol that most of them had consumed beg them to question even if the people they were losing to and beating really existed. As a professional card player, or a professional cheater, Che knew what to do and what not to do at the table. Kate, from the looks of things, was just bored and uncaring enough to go with the correct flows. Everyone else obviously was trying far too hard to beat the girl.
Now the man was gone and Che made his move. The spot that the irate man was warmed was filled by the dark, sinewy figure of the Italian. Whether or not Kate knew it was him or cared that it was him that sat down didn't matter. What did was that all his chips, which equaled to more than fifty thousand dollars, pushed forward into the center of the table. Keeping silent, he fleeced his beard, then his free hand over his hair. Thanks to Soliel, his hair was no longer large, and spherical as he preferred it. Like an average italian, it was slicked back and somewhat greasy. It shined different colors in the phantasmagorical lights of the casino. Retrieving a pair of sunglasses, Che placed them on his eyes, then activate the ability of the fallen Owl Fennel. Now, he could see into the hands of everyone around him. Not only that, but he could see the show girls just behind the table in full, unrestricted view. Sparing Kate her privacy, which in itself was a task for the perverted Owl, he only scoped her hand when she was dealt a new one. Without looking over to her, he asked, "Do you want to win or lose Kate? Either way, you'll still get paid. Big time." hoping that his voice would be the key to his identity.
Bailey took a seat across from Roulin and looked down at the menu for a brief moment before looking up at the waitress. "Nothing for me, thanks," she said politely not feeling thirsty at this time. The pale slender fingers of her right hand toyed with the choker like collar around her neck for a brief moment before she allowed her hand to drop back down into her lap as she looked upon the Owl sitting across from her. She knew that Roulin wasn't without sin that he had the blood of many spilled upon his hands. Yet she refused to judge him for she too had also murdered many and not all of the murders she had performed her accidental. Of course, the difference between Roulin and herself was that she killed, more often than not, killed only in self-defense and only when it was a last resort. Other deaths, which were at her hands were purely accidental.
The Vector Owl could hear the long ethereal arms, which remained dormant within her, whispering. Kill him...kill...kill...kill..." These were the words they often repeated when she was in the presence of another. Rip him to pieces, cut out his heart, eat his organs..." Again and again they taunted her, but from the expression upon Bailey's face one wouldn't be able to tell unless they delved deep into the darkest recesses of her mind. "I think if there were any accidents, it would be on the news," she said, the left corner of her lips curling into a half-smile. She fingered the collar once more. "They want me to remove it. I know they do. But I also know what will happen if I do. Yet part of me wants to remove the collar anyways." She lifted hers shoulders in a shrug before relaxing them again. "Surprised you haven't actually ripped it off of me by now," she said, her lips curling into a bemused smile. She assumed that Roulin wanted her to be the one to remove it when she was ready.
As a head peered over her vision and placed a light shadow over her, Anya blinked and frowned slightly. It was Nik. "Rocky? What kind of nickname is that supposed to be?" she asked with distaste. She wasn't quite sure why he'd picked that nickname, but she was going to find out if he explained himself. "As for lunch, Nik..." Anya paused, thinking about whether or not she wanted anything to eat. When she decided, Anya finally answered her voice drifting off a little bit. "I'm not really all that hungry right now..." Anya's gaze turned from Nikolai to look over to the side and not directly at Nik. She did this by only moving her eyes though. However, after a second or two, Anya finally just sat up. There wasn't any particular reason as to why she wasn't hungry at the moment, but maybe the time of day wasn't to her usual routine as it was only noon. She normally would eat around one o'clock though. It wasn't like she didn't eat anything. With a light sigh, Anya forced herself to her feet. She stretched her arms and back a little bit after laying on the roof which had about an inch of snow on it.
Once the unruly man had been escorted from the poker table, Kate returned her attention to the cards. When the dealer hesitated in dealing a new hand, the Eternity Owl frowned slightly and looked up at the poor guy. "Well?" she asked, sounding ever so slightly impatient. After all she was bored and this was her entertainment for the time being. Across the table, she noticed that Che had appeared to refill the previous man's seat. Regardless of his change in appearance, Kate could tell it was Che from miles away if it came down to that. She resisted the urge to roll her eyes when he put a pair of sunglasses on over his eyes. He was probably using some sore of Owl ability to help him cheat or something now. That is, if he planned on joining in on this hand, which did not seem very likely because the Mastering Owl was asking her if she wanted to win or lose. Frowning, Kate looked across the table at Che, glaring a little bit unintentionally. "You are an idiot, Che. You think I am seated here at this table to clean everyone out of their money so that we may live more comfortably? I am merely here just to pass the insurmountable amount of free time I seem to have acquired since arriving here from Rome." Kate replied, sarcasm once again dripping with distaste from her tone.
It was then that the dealer finally started passing out the new hand of cards to those who had chosen to remain at the table. So Kate turned her attention back to the game. It truly did not matter to her whether she won or lost in this continuous stack of games. Ignoring Che for a few moments, Kate took a look at the cards she now held. She waited for her turn to exchange cards, paying attention to what the other people were doing with their cards. Without a word, she took three cards from her hand and exchanged them out for new cards. She had her own method that she had learned during her stay at the institution. That kind of place can teach someone many many things.
After rearranging the new cards in her hand, the Eternity Owl finally addressed Che again. Her facial expression flat and giving away her boredom. "I know you too well, Che. Those sunglasses will not assist you in any way here. Whether for a simple card game, or perhaps some other perverted idea brought up within that twisted mind of yours..." As she said this almost dismissively, Kate leaned an elbow onto the velvet-topped table and leaned her chin on that up-raised hand. She closed her eyes and put her hand of cards in a neat little stack in front of her on the table. She then, began tapping her fingers slowly and rhythmically on the table, waiting for the next person to make their move. So if Che was participating, he could do so now.
Roulin was thankful that Bailey decided not to assault his pocket by asking for a cup of something. For the two months he had to stay with her and Erin, he did take notice that she was a shy one and didn't ask for more than what she needed to live. A part of him felt sorry for now obliging her with something to drink or eat, but the other knew that if she wanted something, she'd ask. She had a mouth after all did she not? Looking across the unskillfully cleaned table of the burger joint, Roulin leaned away from it opting to relax by means of sitting back comfortably. With an impatient glint, his eyes narrowed as the girl spoke to him. Like most people with a good, useful power, she seemed to not understand it's raw power. She had a point. If he collar was removed, then surely, Roulin would have to kill her. It wasn't something he didn't want to do, but he didn't want to walk that path if he didn't have to. Yet part of him did want to see what she could do with out her collar on.....
"There's a thin line that you walk when it comes to your powers Bailey." Roulin spoke out in a tired, somewhat lethargic tone. "By the way, I know they want you to remove them. Looking at you is like looking at a whirlwind of aura. With no doubt, I can say that if you had your friends under control, your aura wouldn't be as...hectic. But as I was saying, that line. I'm sure I can imagine what you're capable of without your collar on. If my thoughts are wrong, then they're wrong and you're either stronger or weaker. Point is, I can teach you anything until after you take it off for at least five minutes or so." Roulin didn't reply to Bailey's final statement. The Italian took it as a joke, as it was, but he did want to admit what would follow the event of him taking her collar off on his own. Grinning now, he stared into the girl's fearful, doll-like eyes through the wires of darkness which hung over his face.
"We've discussed it before. It may be a waste of time, but I'm willing to help you with your power. The last thing I want to see is you laying somewhere in an alley dead...your body riddled with bullets because you're powers got too strong one day." said Roulin, the morbidity in his voice emphasized purposefully. "You may not be the most confident Owl I know, but you're still an Owl. If you want me to help you, then you know what you must do." In almost no time at all, the young, blonde waitress had returned to the table bringing with her Roulin's order of coffee. The cup was tall, white, and steaming. The aroma is the french vanilla mix filled the Italian's nose, but he refrained from drinking it just yet. He wanted to hear what Bailey had to say before he indulged in what he hoped would be the best coffee he'd ever had.
~~~

Che turned his shaded vision to the obviously anxious lady and the cards she was dealt. The man dealing the cards, also obviously anxious but for different reasons, seemed to be sweating in his suit. No lights were on him nor was anything that gave off heat. Of course...why else would this pig be sweating? His card tricks, hand placements and card predictions weren't working on Kate. Now that he was around, there nothing he could do to win. The dealer didn't need to know that though. Che's poker face consisted of a jovial, childish and idiot smile that refused the vanish, weaken or dissipate. To bother both him and Kate who was at his immediate left, he kept it that way. The two men and the woman on his right believed him to be crazy. The Italian wanted just that reaction from them.

"Honestly, I'd think you weren't using that beautiful mind of yours if that wasn't the reason you were here....then again, you have credentials in the form of credits stacked before you." The elder Owl reconsidered his comment. If Kate was winning like this and was just playing out of boredom, then either she was just too good for these guys, or lady luck was being incredibly generous to Kate. "Insurmountable boredom huh? You should be bed trying to heal more from our little Roman experience. And where is this coming from? Perverted idea? Simple card game?" Looking over to Kate who had now placed her cards down in a little stack, Che lowered his sunglasses and stared at the woman with dimly illuminated violet eyes and lightly plucked her stack of cards. They didn't flip, but they slid over forming a fan-like shape. "You know you love my twisted mind just I love your lusciously dark personality and your razor sharp mind. Now play the game okay? We're about to leave going to leave here with our pockets overflowing." With his grin unwavering and a sincere statement to the ecstatic woman to his left, Che looked down at his hand and the hands of everyone else. It was time to work now...

Bailey waited until after the waitress had left after serving the tall cup of coffee before she directed her attention back towards Roulin. Remove the collar. Could she do it? Could she remove the one thing that was keeping her from becoming a full-fledged monster? She touched the device around her neck briefly. The Vector Owl needed help, but would she be willing to accept it from someone like him? She studied the Life Owl for a moment or two. What would happen once she removed the collar? Would the same thing that happened in Rome happen here as well? Would it be much worse?

"I know just what I'm capable of. That is why I'm reluctant to take this device off, but I know that I will never fully learn to control this mutation unless I do. This collar suppresses my power. It doesn't allow me to use them at maximum potential. If you are truly willing to help me, then I will remove the collar. I will...allow you to gain this power that I possess willingly. However, if we are to do this, we'll have to go somewhere with little to no civilians. I won't allow myself to put anyone in danger. I coul care less about the surroundings as long as no one who doesn't have to be, is injured or killed in the process."

She awaited his answer, the folds of her pleated skirt clenched tightly into the fists of her pale hands. Would she really be able to do this? Would she really be able to gain control of what had tormented her ever since she was a child? She was taking a big risk by doing this, and especially by allowing him to help her, but what choice did she have? If she didn't, she would be forced to constantly live in fear. Glancing down at Roulin's coffee, which his lips had yet to touch, she smiled. "Of course, after you finish your coffee. I promise, you won't be disappointed." She would know. After all, this was her hometown. A partial burden had been lifted from her shoulders when she had accepted his help. Would the full load vanquish once she had gained full control?

((Solaris, just ignore my last post, this one will make more sense))

With their team now for the most part assembled, Jeannie, the telepath whose epsychic powers rivaled that of the greatest in the world, Sibal whose unshakeable resolve and body immune to all normal owl nullification fields, Moli the Light Herald whose powers and perfect control over the photonic spectrum saught out his attention, and Lucien the Death Owl. The four of them had formed a team that were strong enough to combat even the most powerful of groups. "It's not what we've done in these past two months that counts, these were recuperating and calculating months, nothing more. The world is in shambles, war abundant, and endless catacstrophies litter this world. Action isn't always needed. Sometimes it's the calm periods that can say the most for these situations." He said as he took a seat, their group resides within a small coastal side home which Lucien had purchased before the series of events, his annoying habit of planning ahead had proven to be beneficial afterall. He took a seat, looking out onto the horizon. He stared off, his gaze as focused as ever. "We'll be able to move out soon, with the times we're in we'll have to mobilize shortly." He said softly. The death owl had become more true to his station lately, he felt an odd ebb and flow with the world around him, the phantoms of the dead that wisped in and out of the world seemed to almost be visible to him, but still they were beyond his gaze, which wasn't necessarily a bad thing. As he turned towards Moli he asked. "So what made you change your mind? was it truly out of necessity, or was there some alternative that lead you to what I'm sure you consider a rather distastful arrangement?"

Ember let the man that struggled to get away go as another placed his hand on her shoulder and actually spoke in a language she could understand. "Urg finally some one who can understand me!" she said smiling in joy as he placed a bottle of the famous Japanese rice drink in her hand, Taking no time she simply melted off the top of the bottle and quickly began to chug half of the bottle before she sighed and let it down the bottle before rubbing her face and sighing, "you don't know how long i have needed this, thank you" she sighed and looked at the bottle as she licked her lips a little, "this has no kick, Sake? yeah i guess it would be right, does this mean I'm in Japan?" she asked curious as to why this man was so... smiley? Smiles all around, i haven't seen such a true smile in some time she thought "here Mr Dayle, help me find a bar and ill buy you a drink, you aren't native here are you?" she asked glancing at the numerous bags he seemed to carry. I'm starting to think he might be a woman...

----------------------------------------------------------

Danny Turned red slightly as Nika kissed him on the cheek, still not sure what to think about the affection she continued to show him. Ever since they had been dropped off in DC together Danny had started to realize Nika seemed to have a thing for him, it was weird since he had only dated girls his age in high school, but it also wasn't that weird considering how much he liked to hang with her, it was unfortunate that they had not kept in contact with her brother, Danny also enjoyed the other Man's company.

"shrapnel? oh right, i didn't realize that guy had been carrying a Grenade, or was it his ability..." he thought jumping up to follow her as he pondered on the subject, running up to touch her hand slightly as the dogs gave up their chase to follow their master.

-----------------------------------------------------

Morgan looked at her cup again as he handed it to her once more and blew on the top before sipping again, this time finding it not quite as hot, "you have a fire place?" she asked quite shocked as she looked around the room spotting it right away as she did Damn amazing what you will find when you look for it she thought hanging her head slightly but not trying to look ashamed, she simply cleared her throat though, and continued the conversation as if her blunder had never happened. ((damn, like grandmother like daughter, i do believe they are rather similar)) "Ive lived in southern California for most of my life, we never get snow out there, don't judge me" she snuggled in the blanket deeper as she watched him sip the hot tea. "well i guess Im stuck here whether i like it or not no? might as well enjoy myself, consider it a vacation" she sighed and snuggled in ber blanket more, "a very cold one..."

((NPS - Benkei))

Benkei withheld an exasperated sigh. For the past few months, the Shield Owl, the older brother of Genya Thorinagano, had been "plagued" by a certain purple haired shrine maiden that kept following him around. The Japanese twenty something year old had continued work as usual, and Naoki had followed around as usual. He had gotten used to her being around by now though he could never figure out where exactly she lived since she was so dodgy about the topic. It was rather funny. Perhaps, Naoki was "almost" sort of like family now. She had yelled at Genya more than Ben, even though the remarks bordered on scolding Genya for going away. Nevertheless, they now knew where Genya was. He was with another Owl by the name of Demios. Ben had met Demios before because Demios had stayed with their family for a period of time, and apparently Demi and Genya were good friends. Benkei didn't exactly understand how that worked, but it said that friendship came about in the strangest of ways. Maybe this situation with Naoki was one. But what to do about Genya? Genya might be safe out there with Demios, but Demios was just one person. Genya had to come back. "... she's like a oshikake..." he mumbled softly, though unknown to him, Naoki would hear it. "Gen... must find a way.... Eto, Naoki-san, why are you still following me?..." Ben had gotten a bit more talkative thanks to Naoki because the lady kept bombarding him with questions and wouldn't shut up until he said something.

((UNS---Daryle))

Daryle raised an eyebrow when the red haired girl seemed to melt the top of the bottle as supposed to simply opening it by hand. “Of course I can understand you. It is not as if you are speaking in a crazy way…despite the fact that people are looking at you like you are crazy” Daryle said while indicating to some of the locals who had stopped what they were doing to stare at the woman who had just downed a bottle of sake in one go like it was the best tasting liquid in the world. The Breezy Owl smiled and waved a hand dismissingly “Ah no need to thank me! Sake is easy to buy and replace. Hehehe…I don’t actually like the stuff.” He pulled a face to emphasise his dislike for the rice drink before rubbing the back of his head. The sake had been a request from Sebastian. It was actually a high quality drink that Seb had paid for...Ah well, the blonde male didn’t really care, Seb will have to go without and Daryle will simply say that the bottle had grown legs and ran away!...Or something along those lines.

“You are indeed in Japan. Nagasaki to be precise. Hmm…how can you not know where you are? It’s not as if you just strolled onto shore in a state that requires alcohol….is it?” Daryle asked with a wry smile. He tilted his head when the woman addressed him as ‘Mr.Daryle’ this only made the blonde male laugh loudly “Oh wow! If William were to hear how you just addressed me! Hahahaha! Ok ok! Seeing as you are a damsel in distress and obviously lack the proper language necessary to survive around here I will help you” He linked his arm through the red haired woman’s arm and began leading the way towards a local bar. “I am not native to Japan. I live in Europe but for the time being I am staying in this fine town. Oh! I never did catch your name.” After a few moments of walking Daryle had led them to a fine old bar and had already ordered a few drinks for his new found friend. “Hmm…I suppose one drink at midday is not bad…” He muttered while swirling a half pint of beer. Smiling once again Daryle raised his glass and quite literally shouted “KAMPAI!” before drinking his drink in one hearty gulp.

A group of armed Humans began making their way closer into exire, they kept alert as they began to reach deeper amidst the fire, their Rifles leveled and kept close, they began to move forward in a pattern, closely monitoring the foreign surroundings, each of them slowly and with surgical precision began to analyze their area, as they began to close in on another building someone was already on their tracks, and with the home field advantage....

Kojiro rested lightly against a wall slightly behind them, they had not detected his presence, it was the perfect time to strike, Kojiro let his hand fall to his side and three knives began to form slowly in his hand, they loosely hung in Kojiro's hand as he waited to strike, he clenched his hand and took a deep breath as the air seemed to grow thin around him, even now...when both sides are on a full offensive, Kojiro still had the heart to hesitate, he still did not want to kill them...but his priorities always clashed, as much as he avoided to spill blood, he valued his family more, and with that, he used that drive to keep fighting. But even then, Kojiro did not have the heart for it, he allowed one of the knives to slip from between his fingers and land on the ground, it cracked slightly and rested as the light reflected its glass like composition.

"Contact rear!....motion detected!"

The group already had their weapons pointed at the source of the sudden disturbance, and just as quickly their fingers danced around the rifle, throwing the safety off and there fingers just resting on the trigger. Kojiro slowly stepped out as two knives now fell from his grasp landing on the ground, Kojiro stood facing the group as they faced him weapons at the ready, Kojiro looked them over with a tired gaze, he clearly did not want to confront them, but he had his orders, but he wanted to try once more, he wanted to see that same glimmer of hope he saw in Rome, they had to understand! Not all Humans wanted this war, they don't need to carelessly throw their lives away, he finally let his eyes meet with theirs, while most of them were hidden by goggles and tactical gear. Kojiro stepped forward slightly and then stopped, he began to mutter something lightly but then he spoke up
. "...Please leave here...go away before you are killed...I don't want to fight...just go home and protect your famili-" Kojiro was cut off by the sound of a gunshot, the sound alerted him, and in that instant, a surge of ice rose up and protected him, swallowing the bullet, keeping only inches away from his face, Kojiro looked at his hands, the vapors were already forming at the tips of his hands.

"OWL identified! Cryokenetic! prepare High explosive rounds and fragmentation grenades!"

Kojiro looked at them with a mix of shock, sadness, and anger, however no matter how he was feeling, they had sealed their fate, he could not let them through. He dove away from the shield that formed in front of him and formed three knives in mid air, Don't do this!" he pleaded as he hear the loading of ammunition, this conversation was over, he could not change their minds. Nor could he change their final resting place, Kojiro landed on the ground and whipped three knives towards the group, they could not puncture the tactical gear they were wearing, the Group returned fire just as quickly as they loaded, Kojiro created another shield, however as quickly as it stood up, it was torn away by the bullets shot towards him, Kojiro began moving quickly to avoid being shot, slowly making his way towards the group, pushing towards them steadily amidst the seemingly evasive maneuvers he was using. As soon as he saw a moment, his hands were coated in ice, shaping them like claws, Kojiro rushed towards their point-man and lunged towards his throat, slashing him with unreal speed, cutting it open and then grabbing him, avoiding friendly fire, the soldiers could not engage him so close with their weapons, Kojiro grabbed the bleeding soldier and used him as a shield when one or them fired a sidearm towards him, the half dead body took the pistol's round easily. Kojiro shoved the corpse towards them. In this close range his weapons could easily pierce their armor, Kojiro reared his hand back as he created a scythe, and quickly tried to sweep under them. However his target caught the attack and dodged it, jamming the butt stock of his rifle into Kojiro's chest. Kojiro felt the air escape him for a moment and was only stunned for a brief moment, jumping back to avoid anything to follow up that hit. He lost his opening and the group regained their distance, Kojiro wasted no time and threw his scythe towards them, hi hand began to glow slightly as he managed to manipulate the scythe in midair, spinning it like a buzz saw, the group dove out of the way and scattered, Kojiro heard one of them call something out and noticed a grenade heading towards him, his body became coated in a thick armor and he created a shield to block the attack, the grenade obliterated the shield and sent Kojiro backwards, luckily the shrapnel was absorbed by the armor,, Kojiro clenched his fists and allowed the armor to shatter, using the fragments as weapons, the ice floated around Kojiro like a satellite. Taking his chance from the explosion, he used the dust as a cover, and the next few moments were dead silence....

Kojiro walked out of the rubble quietly, his eyes remained on the ground as he headed back towards the inner reaches of Exire, being in the outskirts he was hoping to draw the attackers away, even though he shouldn't have been there on his own. Kojiro knew though any owls that could have came with him would have dispatched them with no second thoughts, Kojiro was not the most prominent member of the Fallen Phoenix due to that track record, but it did not bother him, he had his own priorities, and as of late, he trusted the Exire Owls less and less regardless. Kojiro only trusted a few Owls at this point, and as the numbers grew and the fights became more violent, the less likely this fact would change.

Even then, he was being a hypocrite, as much as he hated fighting and taking the lives of the Humans, he was actually getting more and more dangerous, it took less and less for him to lash out on opponents, and despite his restrained fighting style, some of his victims were almost unrecognizable. Even the Japanese Owl was aware of this, even as the fights continued, his compassion was becoming less and less of an obstacle. Even if it meant he could save his loved ones, the fact he cared less and less of the results of his assaults scared him. Kojiro looked back to the fallen soldiers behind him as the dust cleared, their bodies strewn on the ground, ice and blood scattered the ground like flower petals. Kojiro cringed slightly and continued moving.

Making his way deeper back to Exire, Kojiro looked at his hands, they were still emitting vapors like dry ice would, they did not return to normal as quickly anymore, by now they would be back to normal temperature. Kojiro could not help but wonder what was wrong with him, then it struck him, he had been using his powers more and more, his restraints were beginning to fade, but perhaps it was for the better. Kojiro's mind fell silent as he slowly took in the sounds of what seemed to be a warzone, He was catapulted into an era like this...but it was his choice to stay, he would accept any consequences from it with not hesitation. The footsteps he took quietly echoed as he began to make his way back to his room, keeping his eyes to the ground he kept his gaze with meeting any others.

((Naoki)) The purple haired Miko calmly followed the Shield Owl, at this point she was looking around somewhat absentmindedly staring at her surroundings, things had gotten boring around where she was, ever since she ran into him though, she noticed things at least were intresting, the day she found out he was an owl only piqued her interest even more, she wanted to live a life of excitement and adventure, she had t make it herself though, sitting around at the Shrine picking on Aoi did not do her any good. Which brings her back to this time, Suddenly something caught her attention, and just as quickly as those words registered in her mind, her temper flared. As Benkei was finishing his sentence, she was already rearing back to deliver a swift and anger infused fist to his face, she did not tolerate smart a** comments from anyone. Benkei insulting her in such a manner was no exception.

Ember smiled at Daryle, he wasnt far off in saying she had simply wandered into the town in need of alchohol, she did not know how she got here. She did remember waking up in a liquid control tank before she had freaked and destoryed the facitily. She hated water, never learned to swim. "William? what an old and worn out name... goes along with your old and worn out analogy, but i shall fallow anyone who offers to find me drinks" smiles and follows, watching the lights and random people running by to avoid them, well mostly her."People call me Ember, i cant see why some one would want to stay on an island here, it is surrounded by... water" she replied sitting at the bar and letting this Daryle find her the right drinks, she really didnt care so long as they had alchohol in them. "Midday? oh i didnt notice what time it was, all that snow cover was keeping the sun out," she drained a glass quickly before lookign to Daryle to see him down his glass, "you okay?" she asked watching him for a moment akwardly.

There was a slight tapping on wills shoulder however as a familier figure came into view. It was Itachi who after 3 weeks of depression and isolation over the death and loss of his loving wife amaya discovered a new purpose and drive in his life, which seemed to bring out more of his latent potential. He then spent the rest of the last couple months training to improve himself. Now he finally located surprisingly both of his old trainers. Che had died in battle and it would probably take a few hundred years to complete wills training if it ever ended. Will,Che and Kate were the first ones he came across in his search for the others. Still this was probably the best people he could have come across as he trusted both che and will from there time working together in the UNS and since an owl of che's caliber trusted kate then so did he for what it was worth.

Itachi smirked a bit at will once he was facing him before he spoke to him. " You really do have quite the extensive network of..... allies. I ran into some of them about 2 days ago and after identifying me they gave me this location and said you were expecting me. Well here I am and I can tell that a couple of our "freinds" are here below as well. " remarked itachi being careful of what he said with other people around who might be easedropping on the conversation with so many people around. The satan owl had some pretty special parties that was for sure.

Eating her meal Aeon enjoyed the meal that was before her. "I haven't seen or heard from him since we've been here, but it's okay, I know that he is fine." she said to Cecilia. She knew the young girl was having problems with not being with Roulin or how they left each other. "It may seem hard Cecilia but I'm sure that Roulin will come around, just think of this as 'breathing time', allowing you to focus on yourself and vice versa" she said. She continued to eat her meal in silence. "So let's stop focusing on that, what shall we do today? It's a nice afternoon and being cooped up in this house is not the way to go" she said to Cecilia.

Amara sighed as she couldn't feel the psychic presence anymore at all. Soon two large guards came to her cell and grabbed her. They were doing more test on her again. This UNS concentration camp had subjected her to numerous test since she had been here, mainly just recording brain energy and patterns. She glanced as a young boy was being dragged to a gas chamber. His power was a death touch, killing anyone who made skin to skin contact with him. Amara had known the boy for about a month now and had grown quite attached to him.

Victoria sat on a ledge of a building, her long red hair blowing in the wind. She had been uneasy the last couple of months as she seen the spread of New Exhire happen. She didn't have a problem with Raven...it was just the heralds that she was worried about. She did know that however, The Earth, Gravity and Wind herald were all dead and that they had new replacements. Che where are you? she asked him. She needed to speak with him on a serious matter, taking out Timothy and Sydney the only two people who interfered with her well being.

"You aren't going to kill that kid are you?" she asked the guards. "Shut up!!!! one replied back. Amara couldn't allow this treatment to continue, she was going to bust out of here herself. She lunged her weight forwards and performed a flip, knocking the guards unconscious. Grabbing the knife Vincent had given her, she took it out quickly slitting the throats of the guards who had her confined. Grabbing a gun quickly, she began to shoot at the men who held the child captive. They began to fire back as Amara had to run quickly to avoid the bullets.

Focusing on her target, she aimed for one man's head shooting him, and watching as he fell to the ground. She knew the other guards would be notified of a disruptance she didn't have time to slack now. She proceeded towards the guard who was now running with the child. Taking out her knife once more she threw it into the skull of the guard as he fell down with the child. Amara quickly made it to the body and looked at the child. "It's okay, I'm going to get you out of here" she told the kid. She grabbed him as he clung to her. She then grabbed the keys and cards and a gun off the guard and "equipped" herself accordingly. The alarms began to sound off as guards were making their way to Amara's exact location. Putting all fear aside she began to run. The place where she needed to go was deeper into the camp, to figure out how to release the collars each prisoner wore and to get answers about the UNS.

((NPC - Benkei))

Benkei barely caught the first that Naoki sent his way. Oops. The miko must have heard his comment. "Naoki?" This girl was as hardheaded about being stubborn about random stuff just as much as Genya was enthusiastic about science. "Well....why do you keep following me around?" Ben asked somewhat sheepishly, though it wasn't very obvious. "It is- people might think you are one if you continue following people for no reason..."

((Che's UNS - Will))

Will turned slightly to face Itachi as he felt the tapping. He had sensed Itachi approaching even before that, and Itachi's attempt at tapping like the raven in "The Raven" didn't quite match up to it. Honestly, Will didn't care if anyone overheard Itachi and himself. Sure, being careful would yield less "events," but then it got boring. It was a method Will used to keep himself entertained. Over the years, he would "accidentally" leak information to induce people to take actions. It was really just a simple matter of pulling strings. "Of course, weasel... have you been training enough? You look a bit chubby," the devil said sarcastically. Will knew Itachi would come to him eventually. It was what the student always did when students were lost. "Oh, weasel... I have plenty of friends here... and if they aren't and they don't like it, tough luck." He patted Itachi on the shoulder. "Ah, you've been lazy, bumming around like Che, hmm? Well, how about a bet? If you can beat Che at a game of cards, I'll foot the bill for ---" The Satan Owl shrugged. "Who knows? Use your imagination.

Cecilia could already guess Aeon's answer before she gave it. They hadn't been in touch with any of the others since they were teleported from Rome. The Azure Owl stabbed her fork forcefully into the delicious pasta and shoveled the noodles into her mouth. She knew Aeon was merely trying to cheer her up, but knew that Roulin's leaving without explanation was something much deeper than "breathing time". Cecilia never said anything to Aeon, but she had secretly vowed to confront Roulin, whether it be by just words or sheer brute force. "I really don't think that's the case, but thanks for trying to make me feel better," she said with a tiny smile. "Well, I'm not too sure. I'd like to get out of this house, maybe take Aiden for some fresh air as well. Is there any place you would suggest?" she asked her friend as she licked some spaghetti sauce off of her fork.
