Kriel, definitely.
In pokemon logic, it looks like cookie would be a grass type, whereas Kriel has fire AND ice swords. It's double super-effective!

An epic duel.
However, sirius prevails in the end. Kreil's arms got tired from swinging all of those weapons and was unable to defend himself.
Damn.
Gold's shield can reflect magical projectiles, taking away Sirius' main attack strategies.
