Armored Core: The Final Push (Paused)

Jarid did as told and sat down, staring ahead in boredom.

Once Irish arrived in the living room, he sat down in his usual chair.
"Looks like Santa was bountiful this year~"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Yup!" Kelly chripped, happy as she was before Jarid tried to run. Once Irish sat down, she went down by the tree, grabbing a present for Irish and passing it on to him. Then, she grabbed a gift and remained by the tree.

"Jarid opens his present first!"  

[Zahzi]

Irish just gave a smirk.

"Wouldn't it be better for family to go first..?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"It is. Now open your present!" Kelly bounced on the couch excitably.  

[Zahzi]

Jarid just gave another sigh before unwrapping the present slowly.

Once he was done, he just stared at it.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Took me forever to find that." Kelly gave a closed eye smile, as Jarid's present was a music box.

"After... talking a lot, Cube told me you liked music. I couldn't get anymore from him, so I just settled on this since I was afraid I'd buy the wrong kind of music for you."  

[Zahzi]

Jarid continued to stare at the box, silent.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Well, go ahead. Play it." Kelly nudged him.  

[Zahzi]

Hesitantly, Jarid opened the box, the mechanism working the moment he did so.

A tune began to softly play..  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Do you like it?" Kelly asked, tilting her head.  

[Zahzi]

Jarid remained silent, taken by surprise by the sentiment.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Uh, well.. Merry Christmas~" Kelly cooed, before she looked to Irish.
"Your turn!"  

[Zahzi]

Irish gave a chuckle before he began opening his present.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

Inside Irish's present, was a ball gag.

"I thought you and Suzy might like this~"  

[Zahzi]

Even Jarid couldn't help but let out a snicker as Irish just stared at it, his eye twitching violently.
