Tsia was pretty excited for the Scrimmage Game. She'd had so much fun playing as a fill-in for a game that she couldn't wait to try it again. She had been chosen for the Niffler team and doing some research revealed they were super adorable?? Perfect! She gelled her hair to the side, then pulled a headband in to make sure her hair stayed in place. She'd invited pretty much her whole family, and it helped because there were a bunch of Knapps playing too. Pulling on her team shirt, Tsia hurried outside to meet her teammates. It was going to be super fun!

Okay, so it wasn't the main team, but at least Wen was able to play! He was on the gold team, but everyone seemed super nice to play with. Lewis had even promised that he, Sierra, and Su would be there, plus Mum&Da! The whole family was coming and he couldn't wait to show them that he was a good Seeker like Lewis. He pulled on his gear and ran outside. It was a perfect day for a quidditch game and he was super-duper excited.

Iana walked out onto the pitch, pretty excited for the day. She was starting on the Scrimmage team and she was hoping they would have a good match. She was hopeful that the game would go in their team's favor. Sure it wasn't a ranked match, but the scrimmage games seemed like so much fun! Plus she knew her parents and siblings were up in the stands somewhere to watch. Iana looked up, trying to spot them.

As soon as the Scrimmage Game was announced, Leo signed up (and also pulled Nicko along to sign up too). With any hope, they'd be able to play together, especially since the sorting hat had split them up. But when teams were announced, only he was chosen to start. Nicko said he would be there to support, but Leo wished to play with his twin. Thankfully the family would also be there (or so Anne had promised). He walked out, standing next to the others wearing blue. There was no way they were going to lose!

Rey was excited for today’s Spring scrimmage match. She volunteered to get in on it, even though she had so much on her plate already, helping Seph run the Badgers, assisting Alice with Culinary Club, and, of course, working her tail off to be ready for her OWLs. In years past, the scrimmage would be the only game she ever got to play in, and while she was co-running a team, playing a match simply for fun was just fine by her. She was surprised to get the nod for running the Blue Unicorns and excited to have a chance to apply what she’d learned from watching Seph.
As she reached the pitch, sporting a nice blue shirt issued to her by Professor Liu, Rey was looking for the rest of her ad-hoc crew, knowing she needed to be confident, have a plan of action, and cheer her fellow Unicorns on to victory. She also hoped she had better luck with keeping the Quaffle out of her goals than she usually had.

Hufflepuff | Second Year | Twelve Years Old | Single | Golden Niffler Chaser
When the sign-up sheet for the annual Spring Scrimmage was posted, Talya had her name on it without a second thought. The little Russian Chaser was hopeful of gaining a bit more experience and maybe getting in a score in this match, something that had thus far eluded her in matchplay. The Badgers’ last loss hurt her in more than one way. It was enough to have the Lions get the Snitch before them, but getting hit by a Bludger added to the pain.
She fainted upon landing and didn’t wake up until she was in a warm bed in Hospital. Kas and Alynn were there when she woke up, and Medved guarded her rest when one of them couldn’t be there. More accurately, the big Moscow Watchdog was a body pillow that took up much of the bed while she snuggled with him. She also found out Eddie helped her after she fell, something she really appreciated; it was nice to know Iana’s big brother was looking out for her, too. Sadly, today Iana was on opposite sides of the pitch again; Talya knew she would have had more fun if the two of them were trading the ball back and forth and taking shots at the Unicorn goals.
Talya headed out to the pitch, a newly minted Golden Niffler, determined to do her part to earn a victory.

Art Club • Culinary Club • Herbology Club • Art of the Sword • Quidditch â–¬"I don’t need to be the center of attention"â–¬ Peggy loved the scrimmage game, sure it was upsetting she didn't play on the actual field - but this got the energy out, the same hyper of a real game. When she had been asked to be the VC of the game, she was thrilled - of course Irmak wasn't but it was what it was.
She smiled at Irmak, "Catch the snitch Cuz - but let me knock a few people out first." Irmak glared at her and Peggy grinned.

Vesper hurried onto the field with her teammates, wearing a blue headband to represent her scrimmage team, the Unicorns. This was her first ever scrimmage game, so she was excited to play against players she didn’t see on the main pitch as much. She was one of those players, of course, being a reserve. However, the last game she actually played in was rather exciting. She was eager to show her classmates what she could do this time, smiling to herself as she began to stretch before the match started.

Caoimhe had been running late because her brother was going over a bunch of strategies with her as they walked down to the pitch. It was time yet again for the Annual Scrimmage Match and Xiang was way excited. There had been a bunch of players signing up so she had to carefully balance skills and experience to try and make the teams fair. She announced the teams a couple weeks ago, and then she'd been helping the rag-tag teams practice and get ready. When the final day of Spring Break came about, Xiang walked to the pitch for the game. The stands filled up with students and families, all eager to watch the chaos. Once all the students were up, Xiang sent them skyward.
Releasing the Bludgers and the Snitch, Xiang grabbed the Quaffle and headed up to join them. "Goooooood afternoon everybody! Thank you for joining us for the Fourth Annual Spring Break Scrimmage Match! Today's teams are the Golden Nifflers, headed up by Poppy Daddle and Roisin Burke, and the Blue Unicorns, led by Rey Ross-Heulwen and Peggy Knapp. These teams have been working hard, so lets get this game going!"
She made sure everyone was ready, then tossed the Quaffle directly in the center. Backing up, Xiang watched the match progress.
