On the bus, my friend Angie and I were bored. This was one of many results. I'm in colorguard and she's in the drumline [bass].


This one time, at band camp... heeheehee
I took this banana and.. <_< [not really] but anyway.
Yeah.. I dyed the tips of my hair black. This was just in the process though and you can see where I messed up.

Even with the mess-ups, I love it.

xd I used to be in band! then i grew up and went to college....and i dont have time for marching band. I love band camp though, it was so much fun!

i was an elitist band nerd.
By my senior year i was:
-Band president
-Reserve Drum major
-First chair and soloist clarinet
-clarinet section leader for 3 years
-woodwind section leader for 2

There's probably more I'm just bad at remembering. sweatdrop

Yay any person who is/has been in marching band is ultra cool in my book (that means you!)

Next year, I'm going to try out for the sabre line... again.. I was so close this year but the senior colorgaurd has been given more priorty. <_<
I'll also be shooting for colorguard captain. Woo!
During the concert season, I play bassoon.
If I ever bother to practice piano again, it'll be for the jazz band [though they play like pros]

Yeah they started to teach me how to do rifle but then they were like "Wtf? why would we do this? Erin get back with the clarinets we need you there." and I'm all like "Aw! I wanted to learn it so i can try out for drum corps!"

I played oboe! Yay double reeds! Our bassoonist sucked. sad
I also played clarinet and tenor sax for our jazz band...which we pwnd pretty much everyone in the region. I think we were top 5 in the state. My friend, who was lead alto was 2nd chair state jazz band. Now that kid is at Berkley with a full scholarship for music. *shakes head* band kids.

teehee. Band kids ftw! I've been wondering what the rifles were like. Sabres'll start to kill your hand after 40 or so spins. <_<

Umm well.. the only accomplishment against the region I can remember was in the middle school jazz band. Guys had to wear a tie to the state jazz festival. I did too. heeheehee.
