Armored Core: The Final Push (Paused)

[Zahzi]

"More indoctrination...Yay..."  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Yeah. I have lots if you want to share." Kelly grunted, throwing the book into a corner of her room, where many others laid.  

[Zahzi]

"Well...If we needed firewood...." Jarid grunted, looking at them all.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Exactly why I save them for a rainy day."  

[Zahzi]

"...There's rain here..?"  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"It's a figure of speech.."  

[Zahzi]

"Poorly used one too......"

"Open the next present." Irish sighed, finally calming down.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"Oh, shut up..." Kelly grumbled.

Another present was shoved into Jarid's hand.  

[Zahzi]

Jarid just rose an eyebrow at the new one.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"You're suppose to open it." Suzy sighed heavily. "Don't you know how Christmas works?"  

[Zahzi]

Jarid just shook his head.
"Hard to have Christmas when your father only know how to make money, and not spend it." he replied, opening the present.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"And where's your mother?"

Inside, was a book titled, "You're Not A Bad Person".  

[Zahzi]

"Died during the Raven Wars. A civilian casualty." Jarid droned as he looked at the book, immediately throwing it into Kelly's pile of bibles.  

[Randomly Gone Insane]

"And your father was always a penny pincher, or only after she died..?"

"Hey!" Kelly snapped, poking the side of Jarid's head.
"Get your own damn pile!"  

[Zahzi]

"My father was nothing more than a greedy politician who used people like me, Kelly, and Irish as pawns to progress in his field. Of all the people who died when the cradles fell, he was the one I didn't regret." Jarid replied before looking at Kelly.
"It's all going to burn anyway."
