Lord of Armageddon Allegro Lord of Armageddon You know what? You're right. I don't. I've never been good at it and I probably never ******** will. I don't even know how I made this far in life, must've been the grace of god or some s**t. It's not a BAD THING. XD I do the same thing all the time. Just be prepared for people to call you on it. Well, I'm sorry. I've been feeling a little depressed as of late and criticisms don't do much to help it. I just think about all the problems in the world. 9-11, terrorists, recession, bigotry, even the Polish incident you yourself made me aware of. It hurts me to know the world is like this and I just get angry at myself for being unable to think of any way, original or otherwise, to stop it. I really shouldn't take it out on you or anyone else. I've been trying to do more research on debates, but not much. Hopefully reports we have to do in CST 101 will help that. Doesn't help to just look at the bad stuff, man. Gotta focus on the good stuff, too. You do what you can, and if everybody's doing what they can, what more can you do? It is what it is.

Soccer is one of those things I should get into, maybe, I dunno. It seems so important on the world stage.
Back during my summer E class, whenever we'd play, I'd make a habit of atleast once a game kicking the ball from one end of the gymnasium into the goal on the other side... Is this legal in real soccer? Everyone wanted to be on the ball ninja's team.
Of course, I can't run, because I have hypersensitive airways, and my school and area were/are like mold infested.
Gotta love that forest.

In fact, now that I think back on it, I got really good at precisely aimed deadly kicks in PE 10... People who jumped into my cross-hairs were likely to be stunned.
Getting wanged in the head was something everyone had to deal with, though. I took my fair share of poorly aimed B-Balls to the noggin'.

I think we should draw for countries to route for. Did it in 2006, and I found myself wanting to learn more about the players for the country I got (Ivory Coast), which got me into all sorts of euro leagues.

That sounds like a neat idea.
I'm not sure I could commit to watching that much soccer, though.
I was raised in a baseball loving household, and I'm still like, "eh"

Translucent waves against the shore The heavy pain close to her heart The kindred child, water through her veins, Gazes to the ocean with silver eyes. She thought back to the day of birth, Upon a summer’s day, Nary one millennia since that fateful day Oh, how so much has not changed.
The warships treaded through her seas Enveloped in crusades From Atlantica to the sacred seas They carried tools of war. The crescent folk, the men of cross Waged war near holy shores She watched and prayed for the brave and young Who fell into her embrace.
Listen now, ye callous ones Can you hear the sound of her tears? Our actions cause her so much grief The end of life is what she fears. The Neptune child reflects our mistakes Of how far we’ve fallen See it now, with open hearts See the folly of man.
We forged new works of steel and flame The “Revolution” it was named. The smoke poured out to crimson skies And choked up our beloved child. The blackness of the carbon burns And fills her crystal lungs. Her children try and adapt to change But in the end they fall.
Listen now, ye callous ones Can you hear the sound of her tears? Our actions cause her so much grief The end of life, what she fears The Neptune child reflects our mistakes Of how far we’ve fallen See it now, with open hearts See the folly of man.
We rolled to the century of twenty. With it came more mistakes Blackened skies and tainted waters Invading her domain. The chemicals infect her body Turning crystal to black fog The shells of all her children fall And she’s drawing her last breath. Taste upon her salt-lined tears Hear the cries of her searing pain She’s fading because of our mistakes Let’s not let her die in vain.
The ocean child, oh how she cries In agony as she dies Follow what some will undertake To save this beautiful soul
Listen now, ye callous ones Can you hear the sound of her tears? Our actions cause her so much grief The end of life, what she fears. The Neptune child reflects our mistakes Of how far we’ve fallen See it now, with open hearts See the folly of man.

Awesome Tree Super Cheesio Awesome Tree Harupiggy Reg, Japanese is a hard language to learn. gonk
Memorization isn't the key, it's integration. If you go by memory, you'll be able to connect words to the meaning, but it's harder, and you'll never speak it fluently. That's because you'll be recalling every single word.
Which is why I stopped caring about Japanese in high school. b***h didn't know how to teach the language. She may have been fluent, but she was white.
Integration. It's the key to learning a second language.
That said, I need to involve myself in the Ukrainian community if I even want to know a little bit. Even knowing Cyrillic would be good. Can't go to a country without basic knowledge of their language. Ukrainians are too much of religious zealots. And Americans aren't? Americans don't have ex-KGB sized people, flaunting machine guns down your favourite hang outs. late reply is late
Meh, I wouldn't care, I'm not one for religion. I've got a Ukrainian heritage too, btw. I'm only going to Pripyat anyways. :/ Hopefully by the time I can go, radiation will be low enough so I can get near the ferris wheel.

On the topic of soccer: I'm not a big fan of watching sports. The only sport I really enjoy watching is baseball. If we had a soccer team here, though, I would have joined.

I was raised in a baseball loving household, and I'm still like, "eh" That's how I felt at first, too. But I got sucked in pretty quickly. We'll do like a random draw at some point in the Cult, and see how it plays out.
