Aeon listened to Cecilia's speech on how she met Roulin. She could tell that the sapphire owl missed Roulin and frowned, she didn't address anything after that. Growing tired of the tiger exhibit she sighed. Before she could speak though, a yell could be heard. "Oh my god!!!! A wild ape has escaped!!!!" they exclaimed. Looking at Cecilia she was confirming that they should move and see what the commotion was about and if they could be of any assistance.

Gasping for air Amara held her hand on her knees. Looking at Vincent she began to smile. "You've really improved in your skills Vincent" she said congratulating the young man in his tactics in defeating the beast they had just encountered. "We need to move, I know that they know they have a disturbance in the hive and will try to eradicate us quickly" she said.

Moving forwards they came to a glass room in which they entered. It seemed to be an office of some sorts. Amara moved towards a desk as she stared at the monitor of a screen. It had thousands of names of OWLS that were in the UNS data system, categorized by strength, type, and how dangerous they were.
"Hey Amara, I found something" Vincent had said.

Amara looked towards Vincent as she stood next to him. He had found an elevator. Taking one of the cards she had confiscated earlier she swiped it as the doors opened. It was completely made of glass. Stepping in the doors closed and the trio began go to the lower levels of the city. The elevator soon began to get a little warmer and it was beginning to be hard to breathe as well. "I should have known walking into a ******** trap" Amara said. The elevator began to fall at a much faster rate. "Vincent, blow the top off this thing" she shouted to him. Running towards the child Amara shielded him from the falling glass. Picking the kid up, Amara had to push off of Vincent to get to the top of the falling elevator. Taking out a gun, it had a grapple attached to it as she aimed it upwards.

"Vincent give me your hand" she screamed. Vincent lept up grabbing Amara's hand as she shot the gun. Soon the kid and Vincent hung in Amara's grip for their lives. They soon found themselves suspended in the air. "Vincent I won't be able to hold this forever so you have to time this. Freeze the elevator so that the explosion wont kill us" she said to him. Vincent soon froze the elevator just seconds before it impacted with the ground. "Okay next, I'm about to let go of the grapple, slow us down enough so that we can free fall without dying. She closed her eyes and counted to three releasing the grapple as the trio began to fall. Holding the child's hand she looked over at Vincent.

Vincent looked at the other two and began to focus as the trio began to slow down tremendously. Amara now relieved looked down as they fell. She had thought about how her life had been for the last two months, her son who she had only held for a brief period of time and Lucien, who seemed to have forgotten about her. They soon touched down on the elevator as there was small opening for them to crawl through. Going first, Amara slipped through and waited for the child and Vincent to come through. Once they had they found themselves in what seemed to be the streets of a city. Everything looked like it was on the surface world. What did the UNS have going on down here she wondered.

Evelynn was also in Maine as she had finished putting on some clothing and stepped outside. She felt a connection with her daughter and a few other psions but couldn't explain the reasoning. It was actually from Elle blocking out the part of their brain to question why they could feel each other in their brains. Walking off the balcony she was telekineticly supporting herself as she walked around on the air. She hadn't felt this much freedom since she was a young woman. Her silver/blonde hair blowing in the wind she exhaled. She soon saw The Polaris OWL flying near her. "Hello Lorna, how are you doing this afternoon" she asked her in a friendly tone. She hadn't made much communication with the others other than Raven and her husband, and the progress of the Fallen Phoenix had made Evelynn like a proud mother.

Cecilia began to step away from the tiger exhibit. As precious as the two cubs were, watching them for ten minutes had grown quite old and Cecilia wanted to indulge herself in a snack, and perhaps something to drink, but before she could suggest it, someone had frantically confirmed that a wild ape had escaped from its exhibit. She sighed, her first thoughts were to allow the employees to handle it, but a wild ape, while not exactly dangerous to Owls was dangerous to humans given their immense strength. She glanced at Aeon with an expression that clearly said she didn't want to do this, but was obligated to anyways.

"I'm going to take to the air and see if I can pinpoint our monkey's location," she said as she handed Aiden to his aunt rolling her eyes, indicating that she'd rather not do this. She then lifted herself into the sky, a few hundred feet so that she could have a clear vantage of the zoo. She peered in the direction where people were running from. Flying closer to the scene, she could see the ape. What he was doing, couldn't exactly be called a rampage. He had gotten into a vendor's cart who had been selling banana splits and was busily indulging himself in a few delicious bananas. Cecilia landed a few feet away from the ape. It might have been dangerous, but it was actually rather cute in a completely intimidating way.

The ape looked up, sniffing the air before turning to Cecilia and letting out an ear-splitting roar. Those who had been brave enough to remain on the scene recoiled and cowered before scurrying away like mice. But Cecilia's expression remained calm. Activating her gravitational abilities, she lifted a banana upwards, making sure that the ape caught a glimpse of it. He did for he seemed mesmerized by it. "You're just the cutest little gorilla aren't you?" Cecilia cooed as if it was just a giant baby. But before the gorilla could attempt to grab the levitating banana, Cecilia had also lifted him into the air via her gravitational mutation and now flew through the zoo with an ape in a gravitational field. The expression on the ape's face made it clear that he was very confused, but also seemed to want that banana, which floated a few feet in front of him so tauntingly.

Cecilia found those who had been working the gorilla exhibit and landed, along with the gorilla. They backed away fearfully from her. Yet she calmly sent the banana over to him. One who was courageous enough took the banana. Cecilia set the gorilla down. As soon as she did, the gorilla ran for the banana and grabbed it eating it greedily, save for one small mushy piece, which he approached Cecilia with and pressed into her azure hand grunting in offering. Her right hand may have been stained with pieces of banana now, but she smiled cheerfully and patted the gorilla on the head. "Well now, you were just hungry weren't you? You were going to cause any trouble were you? No you weren't!" All the while, her thoughts had been different. Am I really talking to a gorilla? This makes me glad the others aren't around. They'd never let me live this down. I'm not even going to let myself live this down," she thought, desperately wanting to forget about this little incident. The employees now seemed to have everything under control so Cecilia turned and walked away, back towards Aeon and Aiden.

Lorna sped through the city upon the disc, which had been her mode of transportation for as long as she could remember. She was unaware that there was someone close by, for her thoughts were elsewhere, and therefore...her focus. Because of that, she nearly bumped into Evelynn. Upon seeing her, Lorna studied her with distrust. She and her husband, Sebastian seemed to have appeared out of thin air. Lorna remembered Sebastian from Rome, having been there when Raven met him as well. Evelynn had revealed herself not long after. The Polaris Owl knew nothing about them and had quite a few reasons not to trust them. For one, if they possessed the same goals as Raven, why did they not reveal themselves until just recently? What was their reason for hiding for so long? What were they planning?

The wind whipped Lorna's emerald hair around, framing her face. She tucked it back behind her ears. This was the first time Evelynn had really spoken to her. While the woman didn't seem hostile, the young Polaris Owl remained on guard, yet kept her thoughts and emotions innocent enough. How was she doing? Lorna had always been taught to tell the truth, but what business was it of Evelynn's how she was doing? Evelynn had no right to know how she was really feeling right now. Keeping her mental strength idle, and revealing nothing, she spoke in a casual tone of voice. "I'm doing just fine," she said, her tone unpredictable. The Emerald haired Owl folded her arms across her chest as she bobbed up and down upon her metallic disc.

The battle continued between Serilda and Demios continued aggressively with some decent damage being done to both the house and the surrounding terrain. However, as the two fought they spoke and it eventually came to a realization. They came to realize that their fighting was pointless. Neither of them were necessarily bad and although still angry about the attack on Genya, Demios wouldn't kill her. However, he did demand that she one day make it up for harming Genya. Before anything continued Demios took Genya inside so they could properly doctor him up, Demios made sure to give him a good pain reliever and then went to take care of Serilda. Now they were inside his house and it seemed they needed to decide on what to do with her. He was glad to have gotten to explain to her that he and the other night owls weren't bad people and that they just wanted peace between Humans and Owls, and he allowed her to explain her views as well. He sighed finally figuring it was time for them to get a move on. "So, what will you do now?" He asked her as he sat on a chair in the living room that faced her. "...where do you need to go?" He asked.

Aeon rocked Aiden as he began to yawn, he must have been getting tired. While Cecilia saved the day she began to hum a simple tune , a small melody as she rocked him to sleep. When Cecilia arrived once again Aeon smiled at her friend. "It seems that you are the town hero" she smiling at the sapphire owl. "I'm sure that you're hungry and a bit exhausted, we can go and stop at the restaurant, I think it's called the Rainforest Cafe, they have pretty good food, nothing fancy but it should suffice and then I guess we can make our way home" she told Cecilia.

Evelynn looked into the distance when Lorna spoke to her. She didn't have to read her mind or her emotions to tell the girl didn't trust her and was giving her a basic surfaced answer. "You know when you get to be as old as I am, you tend to view the world a little differently" she started out. "You begin to take notice to a lot of detail, and what I gather from you is that you're not as happy as you were when I first met you. Is that because your magma friend isn't here?" she asked. "I'm not reading your mind, I have more tact than that. I can tell you don't trust me because when I was your age, I wasn't very trusting myself" she said sighing. "How about this Lorna, I won't to build a healthy relationship with my fellow OWL, would you mind if I let you know more about who I am?" she asked the emerald haired OWL.

Vincent looked around at the city as he saw complex architecture. There was a sky and aircrafts that were roaming about. "This must be some kind of program for the UNS to even have an environment like this" he said. "But why would they have a society underground?" he asked. Looking at Amara's neck, he looked around for something for her to cover up with. A small cloak laid on a wooden crate as he picked it up for her and wrapped it around her. "I don't think there are a lot of OWLs who will be here" he said to her. Moving forward they walked.

Amara looked at the child and smiled. "We're going to get you out of here and you'll have a much better life than what you do now, I promise" she said to him with a smile. Walking into the city, Amara's stomach began to growl. "IT seems that I haven't ate today, Vincent let's get something to eat, I haven't ate in a while" she told the young man. They soon came across a diner that was dimly lit as they sat down. They needed to figure out how to take off the collar so she could use her abilities once more. The server came to their table and Amara looked at him. She had a few scratches on her face and smiled. "Just here for some food while we're on break" she said referring to her and Vincent as soldiers who lived here. He soon took their orders and returned about 10 minutes later. Amara had baked chicken and a spinach salad, the kid had a hamburger and waffle fries and Vincent had some tacos. Enjoying the meal, Amara's eyes closed. Opening them once again, she noticed a group of soldiers were coming towards them. Finishing her meal she looked up as one of the men spoke.

"Excuse me, can you please provide some identification?" he asked. Vincent took out his I.D. and looked at Amara. She grabbed a gun's handle as she timed it. The soldier looked at Amara requesting hers. Kicking the table towards the soldier she began to let out fire, triggering the water system to activate. "Freeze them Vincent" she said as he did and everyone including the water was frozen in place. "We need to move out, this means that the other soldiers have probably been notified" she said. "Pick the pockets of these soldiers, keep close to the boy as I scout out what's up ahead." she said as she ran out of the establishment. Before she could get all the way out she was ambushed. "Put your hands up now!!!" they yelled at Amara. Raising her hands slowly she had her gun in the air. She released her weapon as it began to fall towards the ground, the soldiers looking at it as it fell. Kicking the gun upwards she grabbed and began to shoot the men who were in front of her. Some dodged her assault and began to throw body shots towards her. Running towards the wall, she kicked off the building, round house kicking the remaining guards. Hopefully Vincent had found something that was of use to them. She then began to search the person of the soldiers and steal what she deemed necessary.

Che's sight was still lost amongst the darkened socks covering his feet, the plastic bags that once held the very shirt he had on at the moment and Kate's weak, yet partially expectant glimmer of a grin. The way her hair fell onto her shoulders, the way the paltry expressions of joy less than noticeably over took what was normally a melancholy demeanor...that may have been in for Che in terms of what drew him to Kate. The denial within her breaking into fractals and it manifesting in curt, invisible nuances. Thinking about all of this only saw Che avoiding eye contact with the woman more.

Upon his hand, he felt her soft touch. It jolted him and his damp, frizzled hair quaked as subtly as his body did. He didn't expect the reaction from her, but because the warm gesture was given to him, finally found himself gazing into the sky blue eyes of the Russian woman as his thumb continued to slowly smooth Kate's cheek. After a brief moment, she spoke, calling Che on his severed statement he made before and what he'd said within the mirrored walls of the elevator. The woman's mind was sharp and that too was another trait Che admired about her. "You're right. I wouldn't be me if I just let what I wanted pass me by would I? Forgive my hesitation, Kate..." As an initial, yet partial response to Kate's somewhat bold inquiry, Che took a step closer to her and removed his hand from her cheek to place his index finger and thumb at the tip of her chin.

Lifting her chin now, the Mastering Owl stared down into the ghostly sapphire wells that were Kate's eyes and nodded reassuringly as he leaned forward to press his forehead against her's. "Hmph." scoffed Che after smoothing the lower curve of Kate's lip to the tip of her chin. "A simple sentence? Think...why speak? When there is clearly no need...for words?" asked the Italian all the while leaning closer to the woman. The Mastering Owl lifted the somber woman's chin once more and after giving a brief glance to Kate's eyes, he brought his lips softly to her's. His dark violet eyes halved and soon closed after he found himself slipping into the soothing sensations of their tender kiss...

After streaking through the air atop the thin, unnoticeable highway of ever flowing photons, Moli's conscious which carried with it Jeannie's, Lucien's and to an extent Sibal's, had arrived in Louisiana, but not New Orleans. Not just yet. His invisible form which was still beaming through the air at speeds close to the speed of light had blasted through a few building tops, shops and homes leaving a burning needle thin hole in his wake. Unless the unfortunate owners of the homes were searching for the blemish or somehow was made aware of it, they'd see it. Due to it's size, giving it a passing glance would cause one's sight to simply pass right over it.

When the rundown hotel that held Roulin, Bailey and Erin was in sight, Moli started to slow and his true form became more and more visible. The snow beneath him melted from the heat his illuminated form was giving off. If not from that, then from the heat he'd accumulated from the friction of passing through and by air. At the doorstep, Moli stopped on his feet and just as he was, he was standing, holding the hands of each of the travelers. The sound of his form returning though was loud enough to crack the door they appeared before almost in half. Looking by Sibal's arm, Moli saw the damage....if they didn't know they were there, they knew now.

"Hey, Roulin! Bailey! Erin! Come outside! It's Lomoli....and some..some other guys!"

Roulin's business was done. The accommodations were set for the trio and all that was left now was to pack their bags and get out of the hellish dump that one might call a motel. A grin crossed the young man's face when he stood and he looked over to Bailey, who was already ready and Erin who seemed to still be in a bout of decision. Roulin could tell from looking at the both of them that they were indeed strong women, but like this, they were nothing. Powers were good, mental state was alright, but still, they were not one with themselves...shaking his head at Bailey specifically now, Roulin just had to ask her, "If you can pick up a rat without crushing it, or decapitating it with your arms, then what's the problem? Enough focus and it won't matter if you have your collar on or off. Furthermore---what was that?"

Roulin's demeanor had changed entirely when the door snapped at the center allowing rays of grey light to seep in. There were people outside and Roulin knew he hadn't had a good fight in a few months. Only until his brother spoke though did his hands tremble with the urge to fight off whoever was there. The metal reinforced paper claws that covered his fingers retracted back into his coat's sleeve. "I hope it's just you. I'm killing whoever else is with you if they try anything stupid..." And with his telekinetic abilities, Roulin pulled the door from the hinges allowing the two heavy slabs of wood to smash through the nightstand, the lamp and the headboard of the bed on which he slept. "Oh? These guys huh? C'mon on in. Make yourselves at home...."

Cecilia made it back to Aeon easily. Despite what she had just done, there were those who still coiled in fear when they set their eyes upon her. Still, there were a few who seemed in awe of what she had done. Her lips curled into a modest smile as she rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. "I didn't do too much," she said looking down at her feet. Why was a big deal being made about this? All she had done was send a gorilla back where he belonged. Yet before she could ask Aeon not to say anything else about it, her stomach began to rumble hungrily. The Azure Owl's cheeks were tinged a light pink. "I um...guess I'm going to have to say yes," she said biting her bottom lip. She would eat anywhere, just as long as she gained sustenance.

Lorna shoved her hands into the pockets of her hoodie, which was unzipped at the time revealing a black sports bra. When Evelynn spoke of Soliel, Lorna rolled her eyes. Yes, she missed him, but him not being here was not the reason for her change in attitude. "Soliel has many important things to do. I don't exactly spend my days pining after him. So no, him being gone is not the reason for my...melancholy." She began to fly away, stopping when she was back to back with Evelynn. "Times have changed me. Perhaps I've begun to see life in a different way now," she said in a monotone voice. The Polaris Owl snorted when Evelynn offered to reveal secrets about her own life. "I don't really care. You can pour out your heart and soul to me. I doubt it would make any difference," she said coldly.

Bailey nodded at Erin before stepping back and reclaiming her post near the wall. Roulin's question made her roll her eyes. If she had removed the collar before tending to the mouse, then no amount of focus would prevent her from crushing the creature. It was the collar that was keeping her from becoming an murderer of both people and animals. Yet before she could even open her mouth to respond, there was a loud snapping sound that made the Diclonious Owl jump about a foot in the air. She watched as Roulin telekinetically pulled the door off its hinges, the heavy slabs of wood crashing into the nightstand, lamps and headboard or the bed, completely destroying them. Even though she had never really spoken to them, she recognized Moli, Lucien, and...what was her name again? She seemed to have the word bimbo written all over her. Bailey could have sworn she heard Lucien say her name a few times. Jean...Jeannie? Yes that was it. Bailey felt more comfortable calling her Miss. Bimbo for now, but didn't say a word.

Aeon smiled as they made their way into the restaurant and were seated. The young baby was put in a special seat and Aeon began to look at the menu. Looking at the different things her eyes lit up. Soon a waiter came to the table. "Um yes I'd like a strawberry margaritta and some ribs" Aeon said ordering. The waiter requested Aeon's I.D. Reaching into her purse she pulled out her I.D. and handed it to the waiter. "We'll need to run this. Is there something you'd like to order as well ma'am" the waiter asked Cecilia.

As Lorna began to speak, Evelynn frowned. This generation was indeed a lost one. Since Lorna had a very nasty and ugly attitude Evelynn decided against to let her in and get to know her. What mattered was that Raven trusted her and her husband. "You have a great day okay Lorna" she said with a smile as she continued to walk forward enjoying the scenery perhaps she would visit some of the OWL children and help with their abilities. One thing about Evelynn, she never stayed where she wasn't wanted.

Jeannie was amazed how fast they had reached New Orleans. She had never been to this area of the country and could tell it was a place of great culture. When she saw where they were at however her smile soon disappeared. Looking at the motel she cringed at the sight. When Moli's younger brother opened the door she looked at him. She spoke to Erin, Moli and Bailey. "Hello I'm Jeannie" she said smiling at the trio. She hoped that they would all be able to leave this roach motel and find a more suitable place. She was hoping that they would be ready to make their next move, but she patiently waited as she kept herself entertained by reading the thoughts of civilians walking by.

Cecilia followed Aeon towards the restaurant. It was decorated to give it that rainforest feel. Even the temperature was warm, but not in a way that would make her sweat uncomfortably. Still, she removed her jacket and draped it over her chair before sitting down and perusing the menu. There were many delicious dishes. Cecilia looked up at the waiter. "I believe I'll take the Amazon Fajitas and your Raspberry Iced tea," she said. She ordered nothing alcoholic. After all, she would have to drive the motorcycle home and it would be too dangerous if she was even the least bit tipsy. Her concern was for Aeon. After the waiter left, Cecilia leaned over and whispered to Aeon. "Don't overdo it on the drinking, please. I have to bring the motorcycle home so I won't be able to drive you if you get too drunk." The Azure Owl then sat back and drummed her fingers on the table as she looked around the heavily decorated restaurant.

Roulin looked upon the four people, one of which wasn't a person at all, and smirked weakly. Sibal was starting to get covered in snow, but he wasn't alive anyway. He didn't have a soul as he was just a machine. Then there was Jeannie who to Roulin still didn't look half bad. They'd met at Che's house a few months ago and seeing her with Lucien now only made him bite back a laugh. She was still on her whole thing with Lucien, not that it mattered to the Life Owl. He could care less as it wasn't his business. While the girl did seem nice in some respects, the way he looked at her should let her know that what she was doing was a bad idea. "Hello Jeannie, nice to see you again. I see you're still hanging out with Lucien. Smart move I'd say. Just watch out for the dangers his lifestyle might entail alright?"

Roulin didn't hate the girl, but he did feel that she was in over her head right now. Then again, he thought that way of both Bailey and Erin. Moli too. Beside his brother who probably was still a bit peeved at him for trying to kill his lover's family, there was the man of the hour, Lucien, the brand spanking new Death Owl. Roulin was happy to see his old friend in good health and with a few more inches to his height. Of course, if this meeting was to go anywhere, his aforementioned choice of lifestyle would have to remain separate from the conversation. "Man, you've grown up Lucien. New position, new powers. Taller. Even a new girl under your thumb. Anyway, if you four would be so kind as to helping us pack to move out, that'd be appreciated. I promise, nothing is heavy. If it is, we can get the cat to carry it for us." Wasting no more time, Roulin approached the closet and began to place what he now called 'Life Boxes' around each article of clothing before causing them to vanish into nothingness. Where they went, only he knew. Looking over at Bailey now, Roulin asked, "Are you ready? Is there anything else you need to get?"

Kojiro was surprised when she pretend to be hurt, however he could tell she was just making fun, It would be a shock to him if she ever felt awkward. However when she mentioned of her being a bad person, he simple smiled, "...You are one of the best people I ever met...I don't care If you have done wrong...Lorna...Raven....Even I have done things that the world would find unforgivable...I would never hold it against you!" Kojiro wore a somewhat serious face,"...No matter what you have ever done in the past..It has no effect on what you have done for me..." he thought softly, letting the thought drift off in his mind, in truth Kojiro was grateful for Serena.

Kojiro tried to avoid making the air in the room so thick with such seriousness, looking at Serena, he figured she was in a much livelier mood that he was, the least he could do was avoid it by making it seem like their days together were numbered. Kojiro nodded with a small smile as she turned on the TV, however his face became pale when he saw the image on the screen, "...What is that?...Some Owls....their powers...are truly frightening...." he muttered under his breath, trying to get over the sudden shock he had gotten seeing that thing on the TV. He looked over almost in disbelief. He knew Serena was brave...but he never expected her to actually find it comical.

Kojiro was never good with just coming up with things, in his alone time or down time, he rarely entertained himself with much, the world he was hurled into barred him from even most mundane and common activities. Leaving him almost clueless when it comes to passing time. However, the fact he has the social skills of a frightened deer. Before he could even admit this sad truth, he felt the light touch of Serena's hand wrap around his as she grabbed him and pulled him to sit next to her. Kojiro looked at the piano and then realized how close he was to her, he kept his eyes on the keys as he avoided eye contact, however there was nothing he could do about his face, as it became a light red. Still, he looked at the Instrument in front of him, he lightly placed his fingertips on the keys, he felt a light chill run down his spine amongst the blushing on his face, it was strange, he had seen these from afar...there was even one in the school he used to go to, but the students were prohibited to touch it, let alone play it. Kojiro looked at the keys under his hands and knew he was unable to play, but even so, he could not resist the urge to press on a key, and just as surprised as before he heard a note play. Kojiro smiled slightly as he pressed another key, soon he tried tapping out a tune. Unfortunately, he may have had a rhythm, but his lack of any experience became prominent over all the mismatched and out of sync notes that escaped the piano. Kojiro thought it sounded good to him, but to anyone in the vicinity, it was obvious. As he tapped a light tune, he suddenly stopped on a note. He heard what she said, but it did not make sense...at first. Kojiro turned towards Serena, oddly enough, he was not hiding anything this time, he was genuinely concerned at her question. Kojiro had thought about it a few times when he was often dragged back with the group badly injured because he was not string enough to be of any use, he did not want them to be weighed down by him, but even so...,"Serena...I would..but..." He stared into her eyes, something in him was speaking for him,"...I can't leave them...they are still my family...I don't want to abandon them...I love them because they are the world to me...just like you...I don't want to lose my family again" he said softly, letting his hands rest on the keys, even as he said this, he knew they left him to continue fighting on the ever expanding front. Kojiro looked at the piano keys again,"...I know perhaps I am not supposed to be in this war...but...I chose to stay with them...If that meant I had to die with them..." Kojiro mumbled, he heart was actually throbbing from thinking about it, something told him he should, just to finally give in and leave this war, leave and find a way out of it all, he would still have someone that cared about him, Kojiro looked back towards her, "I don't understand why you would ask something like that Serena...you aren't going to leave are you?...I thought you wanted to fight with us...Is something wrong?" he said curiously.

Bailey's aquamarine eyes fell upon the arrivals. They seemed to be quite a diverse group, each with diverse mutations and one of them wasn't even an Owl, but a machine...an android created to do his master's bidding. The Diclonious Owl folded her arms across her chest watching as Roulin exchanged words with them, especially with Lucien who Roulin seemed to hold a great respect for. These were Owls were were on a level that Bailey couldn't dream of touching, even with the lightest tips of her fingers. If they had been royalty, she would have had no right being in their presence. As it was, even though they weren't, she still felt quite odd being around them, especially because she didn't really know them on a personal level.

Shifting her eyes towards Roulin, she nodded. "No, I don't really have anything left," she said. She shifted her weight, but as she did, there was a cracking sound as the weak plaster began to give way. Bailey started to fall back through the hole that had been created within the poor excuse of a wall, but her three of her vectors emerged bracing themselves upon the plaster covered floor and creating a makeshift stand for the Diclonious Owl to balance herself upon, causing her to lean back only slightly. A light blush touched her pale cheeks as she forced herself into a fully upright position again. "S-Sorry about that," she said, her cheeks pink with embarrassment as her vectors began to brush the plaster off of her back.

((Che's UNS - Will))

"Don't you worry about those two. I will personally take care of them." The blonde haired Satan Owl pressed a button on the phone on his mahogany desk in his office and ended the call before the other person could respond. He had been speaking with the dealer who had lost a somewhat significant amount to Kate and Che at that table. (It wasn't actually a significant amount at all to Will.) Will had already taken casino security personnel off the two lovebirds' backs, otherwise Kate and Che would have found themselves "ambushed" long ago. Of course they were under Che's mentor's protection. They even had that nice penthouse suite at one of the ritzy hotels for free.

The Maestro had been pulling strings and having fun doing it. It was just business. The phone on his desk rang, and the devil pressed the speakerphone with a smile, as if he knew exactly what the call was. "Yes?"

"It is done, sir." The voice on the other end replied.

"Good." And just like that, the underworld lord hung up. Certain bank accounts had just been unlocked. While to the UNS and the governments, the bank accounts still seemed to be frozen, Will had arranged for a backdoor so that the former UNS and TNO members could access their bank accounts. All it took was some "persuasion," some of which took the form of "rewiring", maybe one or two assassinations, and simple orders. It wasn't anything that took too much effort on Will's part. Cell phone service had also been restored thanks to switching to a secure underworld network. Again, this escaped the detection of governments and UNS thanks to Will's contacts and control. It was just a matter of the former UNS and TNO members finding out on their own... or they could find out from Will himself later.

"Mmmhmm..." William DeScythe leaned back in his comfortably leather chair and smirked. "You sure are taking your sweet time, Cheaniiiii." He glanced at a few video screens off to the side and shrugged. There wasn't anything that really peaked his interest at the moment. The man he had sentenced before was now just sitting in his cell trying to find a way to escape. The man would be in the first round of the night's evening tournament....an illegal underground tournament, one too deadly to be legal. "Haven't you learned? Don't make me wait..." Well, if Che wasn't going to come, Will would fix that. With a devilish smirk, the blonde's eyes glowed red for a moment as he snapped his fingers, bringing two reluctant figures to his office.

He chuckled at the scene. "And how are you two lovebirds doin--- Oh no, don't stop just because my room and I are here. We have beds if you want them! " Out of pure irony, the Satan Owl had teleported them right in front of a loveseat, which could actually be converted into a bed. Whether he knew what Che and Kate were doing is something we, as roleplayers, are left to wonder.

There was a knock on the door. "Come in~" Will called out. As if on cue, a man dressed in butler style clothes entered the room pushing a cart with some breakfast food, more specifically, Che and Kate's favorite foods. The butler set down the food and drink on the table beside the sofa, and Will waved him away. Cheani, Katherine, do feel free to use the...loveseat-bed." Will's grey eyes twinkled as he gestured invitingly to the sofa.

((TFP---Raven))

The soft flickering lights that danced across a motionless puddle of water were the only sign of movement that dared to exist in the Quaking Owls presence. The open land before the Owl was once a bustling small town full of life and fond memories. Now, it was a burning wasteland fit for the dead. The cries of the dying and explosions of power were the elements that led to this moment. The tall French woman watched with empty eyes as Exirian soldiers began the gruesome task of burning the dead. “May they find peace in the world that awaits them beyond here…” Raven muttered barely meaning what she had spoken. Until the war was won this was how things were going to be. If the humans needed to constantly be put in their place so be it. Of course, this small victory was not without its cost…

An airless breeze uprooted Ravens fine golden strands as one of her many Generals approached her from behind. Without turning to face him straight on Raven merely signalled that he was free to speak. After a few seconds of silence Raven finally turned round to face the elder Owl with a questioning gaze. “General Kael…if you have nothing to say then move on and help the others..” Raven’s blunt tone of voice cut through the green eyed mans’ speaking blockade like a newly created Katana blade, freeing his awkwardness and leaving him able to speak.

“15 dead ma’am…” The old General said carefully while indicating to bodies that had been draped in stained white sheets and kept apart from the human corpses. ”Permission to send them back home…” A flicker of something that Raven couldn’t quite make out flickered through Kael’s tired green eyes. But, from his expression it was apparent that he already knew and anticipated what it was Raven was going to say next. It was apparent that Kael needed to hear her speak the words and confirm his thoughts. He needed her to crush the nagging shred of hope that chewed away at his sanity because he was about to break the promises his fallen comrades had made to their loved ones.

“Burn them…We move on in 30 minutes.”

((TFP---Serena))

“Ah damn it kid you are not making me feel any better…” While that was what Serena was currently thinking she couldn’t help but smile at Kojiro “One of the best huh? Well…I am pretty awesome right?” Was the reply she gave instead… “What if I were to….steal Rikki? Would you forgive me then?” The Vanishing Owl was gently coaxing Kojiro to be happy…or to relax that little bit more. Still, Serena was merrily laughing when Kojiro began (what was made very apparent) his first attempt at hitting the random notes on the piano. While he seemed to have some sort of rhythm he lacked training. Still, everyone needs a starting point to begin learning from right? When the young Frozen Owl stopped playing in the wake of the question Serena had asked, the Vanishing Owl smiled once again. She already had a feeling what Kojiro would say in response to her words. Still, she felt like she needed to ask him…if anything, it was to brace herself for the pain that she would feel when they were separated…and the guilt she would be faced with once her true intentions were made clear.

“I am not going anywhere Kojiro.” Serena grinned and waved a hand dismissing her previous question and to banish away any negative feelings that may override the good mood she had tried to build up earlier. “Of course, I cannot promise you that I will be around forever. So don’t get to clingy kid…” A small laugh escaped her pale pink lips as she ruffled the Frozen Owls hair playfully. “I just wanted to see how loyal you really are to this…family…” The word family seemed like a cruel joke that Raven had fed to her followers before sending them off to the slaughter like pigs. “Still…I don’t like the thought of you dying in a fight…” But, despite what she could say or do in this moment…she was certain that Kojiro would never abandon Raven…Even if Serena were to make him choose between her and The Fallen Phoenix’s….things would be no different.

“Enough of all this grim talk, let’s enjoy this moment of peace…Oh…I know the perfect piece of music for this…” With a smile towards Koji, Serena stroked her fingers over the ebony keys and began playing a famous classical piece of music by Chopin. “I loved this song….but I grew bored of it…and of the mistakes I seem to make near the end each time.” Serena laughed as she continued to play “…Nocturne…The title fits the melody…” As her fingers continued to deliver elegant strokes Serena felt it ok to pose another question. “You said before that you wouldn’t hold it against me if I done some bad in the past…Does that mean you can forgive me if I done something bad in the future? I mean…there is only so much a person can forgive after all..”

((UNS---Daryle))

Daryle couldn’t help but laugh when Ember dragged him up on his feet and over to the dance floor. “Ah, so as a means not to stand out you drag a helpless Breezy Owl along with you? That kind of thinking is how many people strive in life” The blonde male tutted when Ember mentioned that she danced with two left feet “Is that so? Well, it only takes the right partner to sort that little problem out.” Daryle grinned like a kid in a candy shop as he effortlessly twirled his red haired companion around. “You see? It is all a simple matter of the right person to dance with~” The Breezy Owl continued to more or less…drag the Fire Herald around ion a show case of simple yet flashy dance moves. When the song changed Daryle would switch his dance style to match the new rhythm and beat. “You are getting the hang of this!” Daryle exclaimed in a cheery tone as he continued to move Ember in a way that hid her lack of dance skills.

As yet another song came to an end; Daryle escorted Ember back to their table and to where their drinks were waiting. “Now back to your earlier question about the money you handed over to me. While it would cover the expenses of this evening…I have already taken care of it. Your money is for you to keep.” Daryle smiled as he slid the wad of money across the table for Ember to take. “You can use it to buy souvenirs.” He added with a nod of his head. Draining his glass Daryle glanced towards Ember and hesitated somewhat before speaking. “You mentioned that you were married once before and that your husband passed away at a young age…do you mind telling me what happened?” While the Breezy Owl was not one to indulge in the lives of others he did enjoy a story from time to time and something about Ember drew him into asking her such questions. While it was obvious that she was more or less likely found around alcohol 99% of the time…he was still certain that she had lived a long and interesting life. “Let’s make a deal hm? You tell me something about your life and I will tell you something about mine…although…my life is probably not as vast as yours..BUT! You are free to ask anything. Hehehe…”

In the milliseconds before Moli, Lucien, Jeannie, and Sibal arrived on the doorstep to their motel room, Erin sensed their minds within the area. But before she had a chance to tell anyone, they arrived with a literal 'bang'. She said nothing as Roulin allowed the four people to enter the room. While she did notice who it was, the one person that caught her attention was the woman with Moli's group. Jeannie was part of Elle's new hive mind, and Erin could tell by the telepathic aura oozing around the woman's form as Jeannie used her powers.

Erin would do nothing unless something suggested that she should, whether it be Roulin himself, or any of the visitors' behaviors. She managed to keep a calm expression as she watched Moli and his group, saying nothing aloud as Roulin addressed their visitors. Instead, she opened up a telepathic channel between her mind, Roulin's, and Bailey's. Erin was, of course, extremely careful to place a strong and complex barrier across this channel to keep Jeannie from listening in if she did at all. That was what she did before actually sending a message across to Roulin and Bailey so they could both hear her. "I apologize for the intrusion from me into your minds. This is Erin. Don't look over at while I'm sending this message.... I felt I should warn you. Be wary of that woman, Jeannie. I'll explain later." When the message was sent, Erin promptly closed the channel to avoid detection. All of this occurred while she maintained her outer composure.

"Oh? So even the great and mighty Che Presidiomini can get embarrassed while talking to a woman. I never thought it humanly possible." Kate stated smugly, poking fun at Che for his hesitation to answer. It was a great opportunity and she wasn't about to pass it up. After all, he always made fun of her when she tried to hide her embarrassment. So there was no way, Kate was going to let this slide, not after how he had reacted in the casino during that poker game. She had to admit to herself that it was amusing and very cute when Che reacted like this. It wasn't something that usually happened.

As usual though, Che seemed to recover well from the effect her statements had upon him. It had disappointed her a little bit, as she did think it was cute when he was embarrassed, but she would get over it. What happened next was really then left up to Che to decide. Kate's eyes never once wavered from Che's loving, yet almost playful gaze. His deep purple eyes did have an entrancing and calming effect over her. Just being close to him was enough to throw her thoughts into mild confusion at that moment. Kate would have shook her head a little to clear her mind, but that idea became useless when Che gently leaned his forehead against hers.

Since her thoughts were in slight disarray at that point, Kate was unable to come up with a retort to Che's questions. It felt as though her heart nearly skipped a beat as he leaned in to lock their lips in a tender kiss after looking each other in the eyes for a brief instant. She closed her eyes as she pushed all thought of the world around them out of her mind.

But she would soon get a horrid and sudden jerk back to reality, as the irritatingly smug voice of William Descythe spoke up. His words said everything that Kate desperately wished would not have been said at that moment. Of all the people and all the times to be teleported, Will just had to get impatient at that moment and bring them to his office. Kate's eyes shot open in both shock and anger as she hastily, and rather roughly given her state of mind now, shoved Che away from her. The Eternity Owl tried and failed to hide the embarrassment that washed over her face like a wave. Even though she knew her mixed emotions were clearly laid out on her features and through the obvious, Kate would still try to hide them from others, especially when it came to her private life. "You!" was all Kate could manage to shout at the annoying Satan Owl through her speechless embarrassment. But after a quick second, she regained the ability to speak, "I cannot wait long enough to be able to throw your despicable spirit into the bowels of the Eternity Realm, never to be seen nor heard from again!"

Lucien stood, shaking his head a little as their particles were reassembled, as Jeannie introduced herself Lucien took a step forward. "Don't worry about Jeannie, she's been one of my biggest supporters for a while now." He said calmly. He turned towards Roulin who made a mention of his new appearance. he looked himself over real quick laughing a little. "Yeah I have changed a bit. I like it, I feel more mature, my old body was sort of childish." He said as he folded his arms. When Roulin said he had a new girl he sighed, Amara was still the number one girl on his mind, Jeannie was...Well he wasn't sure what she was yet all he knew was that he still cared for Amara. "Oh yeah, no point hiding it, it'd be more awkward if it came out randomly. Roulin I killed Aimee." He turned his attention to the boxes of supplies that needed to be lifted. He raised his hand up lifting them with his telekinetic powers. "Weight isn't a big issue." He said lightly. He looked towards Erin, it wasn't this one that bothered him, it was her sister Elle something about that girl unnerved the Death Owl, he didn't trust her or her psionic powers. But then again it was hard for any psychic to trust another. "Erin was it? Where's Elle?" He looked towards Bailey next, the shy girl that had been introduced into the UNS as their newest member. He wondered what she was doing in this place. "Bailey? Where's Luca isn't he usually tagging along with you?" He asked as he took a step towards her. He looked her over, noticing that her collar was gone. "What happened to that blasted collar? Finally gotten control of your powers? Splendid you always did have such potential, putting that collar on was like putting a muzzle on a wolf."
