The pyramid of Light trap card or Blue eyes shinning dragon.
Here's the situation. Your opponent has a blue eyes on their side of the field and you have no cards in play! Oh no! All you have is 1000 Life points and a Kuriboh in your hand. Do you lose this turn?))

You set the trap card Vitamin Z which can increse you're life points by 3K if you have under 1000 life points, which you do. You activate the trap on your opponent Draw phase, but your opponent says you can't do that! Why is your opponent wrong?))

Um, well the card might be a I think it's called 'quick play' card. (the ones with the little curvy arrow in the corner) I think those can be activated during your opponents turn.))

((Zero is at the SIN temple still and asked Bea for blood. She said okay.
Aura got taken briefly by Sora, Renna and Lex who dragged her back to Runo. Rahvine followed her and they both would have gotten captured if Kyra and Mia hadn't rescued them. Kyra carried everyone into the woods and Rahvine is currently tending to the gunshot wound in her own leg.))

((oooooo...so close....Trap cards, as long as they're set one turn before, can be activated at any time unless designated by it's effect or that of another card. What you were thinking of are spell and magic cards knows as Quick"Spells". They can be activated just like traps, but without the waiting time.

((Good guess Hideki! I'm trying to get Rahvine to remember as much as she can so we can Duel each other as soon as possible. But at this rate...I don't see why we're not dueling right now. She remembers a lot.))
