Hmm? Probably a sprained muscle. I've had it too several times. Hurts like hell, but it only takes a few days. If its on the wrong spot, moving can make you feel pretty sick too.
Also, try not to laugh. (when i had it, my dad put up funniest home video's... I'm sure he was trying to torture me)
