Enemies:
The Last Giant
Stickdude
(A massive hulk of a ruined world four-times the size of a man, with skin as thick as tree bark and twice as durable. Its thin limbs belie a deceptive power and an absolute will to destroy. But by far its most striking feature is a massive hole where its face ought to be...a crater as though smashed in with a sledgehammer completely. And yet somehow it senses and attacks is prey all the same.)

Enemies:
The Pursuer
Zorc James
(An armored fiend, ancient and powerful...its red eye glimmers dangerously beneath its helm, its sword is massive, corrupted by darkness, and its attacks are terrifically swift...it will pursue those that it targets mercilessly until the very end, without fail. What manner of sorcerer, king, or monster created such a beast is a mystery; perhaps it was locked away within the Corridor to prevent it from following through on its directive to kill its very creator?)

9th Generation Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon: A.D.A.M.A.N.T. (shortened simply to Adam) (Corrupted)
Necromonium
(After the disappearance of many of the key members of the Shadow Operatives in the Bad Future from which the Kids escaped, the Shadow Operatives were in a panic, realizing that they were no longer equipped to resist adequately the spread of the Corruption. In a desperate attempt to regain that strength, the last of the scientists were put to the task of creating an android that was both resistant to the corruption and powerful enough to defeat those who were infected by it. Thus, the Eight and Ninth Generations of Anti-Shadow Weapons were created...but swiftly it was discovered that the 8th wasn't at all resistant to the Corruption and fell under its influence quickly. The 9th was a bit more resistant, however, and as strong as any other generation before...but in time, even their efforts weren't enough to stop the Corruption. Unit 'Adam' was the last of the 9th Generation and the final survivor of the Mist Wall after the breach of its defenses by the corrupted. He fought bravely, ensuring the escape of a few important survivors, but eventually was overrun and corrupted himself. His resistance made the corruption overtake him slowly, however...a torturous process even for an android that tested the very limits of his sanity...enough to make even a machine wish for death. But it did not die, and instead slowly began to lose control of its own actions...and its thoughts...until at last it became a weapon for the Corruption, hunting down the survivors. It was amongst those that breached the Resistance's final facility in the waning moments before the journey began, and pursued the Travelers through the Corridor before it closed...)

Enemies:
One-Eyed Swordsman Mihawk
Great Ryoman!
(A remnant of the world from which they had come, a Corrupted swordsman pursued the team through the Corridor...the tainted remnants of the Greatest Swordsman of the Modern Age. Long did the Shimazu seek a duel with Mihawk Dracule in life, but none emerged victorious, even with their advanced skills. Inigo is all that remains of his line from that world, but the challenge between Mihawk and Shimazu continues...in some respect. Driven now only by madness and the will to fight, This Corrupted Mihawk seeks out the most worthy opponent in the Bad Future...following him into the emptiness of the Abyss and emerging from the other side alongside him. But only the shell and the sword remain of the man...and the skills...and they must be bested for the good of the world.)

Enemies:
Dark Tyrant, God-Emperor Bour Ying
Rednal
(From a wretched, unthinkable world in which Bour Ying's treachery, cowardice, and double-dealing won him a place at the side of the Shogun Motonari Mori and alongside him, Bour came to exist as one of the ruling authorities of the country of an almost feudalistic Japan. His life extended tremendously by his virus in this time, he outlived even the progeny of the Mori and eventually rose to the highest throne of the country, killing the great-great-great grandson of Motonari to proclaim himself emperor. Now with the power of the Mori Shogunate at his fingertips, he could rule without threat to his own life, without engaging in fights...and ruled with a brutal, cruel streak that would have sent even the legendarily-sleazy Dong Zhuo into a blushing fit. It was so bad that in his third year of rule, one of his own subordinates...said to be a descendant of Mokou of the line of the 'True Emperor' having hid themselves within his entourage...captured him and banished him beyond space and time, to ensure that his fate was far worse than death. But even in the Corridor, the sleaze has a remarkable way of slipping the noose...looking now to claim a new victim and begin a new rise to power.)

The Betrayed World Eater Serpent
???
(With origins in a world wherein the audacious challenge of Lewis Keys to the throne of Hell completed successfully and Japan itself became the site of his most malevolent manipulations...the place where all of the bitter anger, jealousy, and devious mischief inside of the devil Loki became unleashed and changed both the world and his own progeny into something twisted and awful...in this world dwelt a serpent whose venom enveloped those around it wherever it went. Uncontrollable in its rage and hunger, even its master and father began to fear for what the mighty Jormungandr might do , and so the Serpent was banished in chains to the Akarana Corridor to haunt some other world. And it was inside that timeless space that it broke its chains, escaped through the portal opened by the kids who leaped through time, smelling just a whiff of the father who betrayed it upon one of them...)

Enemies:
Demon General Kirsch Stern
Necromonium
(From an unthinkable future in which the aid of demonic intervention lead to the loss of the Allies in the second World War, a devilish General of the Axis Powers Kirsch Stern, was perhaps the most decorated and cunning general of all. Said to be, himself, a cross between the devils summoned from the underworld and the worst of the Reich...his overwhelming victory at the 'Battle of the Bulge' turned the tide of the war for good. Returning to Germany a war hero after forcing the United States across the sea and reuniting Europe under the 'red' banner, he was personally commended by the Fuhrer and given dominion over the allied nation of Japan...the surprise betrayal of the Germans leading to a swift victory over the Japanese, who were already crippled by their losses on the Pacific Front. Asia soon joined the fold, and nearly all the world outside of the Americas belonged to Germany...with a large portion set aside for the dominion of the Demon General Kirsch Stern. However, with power there is paranoia...and his impeccable record and bountiful admiration amongst the troops made Stern the subject of the Fuhrer's imminent distrust. Pulling back many of his forces from Japan, where Stern ruled, the Fuhrer weakened his position just enough that the remaining Crows still holding out against the German occupation were able to capture Stern in the night. Discerning his true identity they were terrified...and in order to prevent his escape he was sealed inside the Corridor...though who or what Stern truly was remains a secret guarded closely by the Crows of that world. Until now...)

Rednal
(In another world in which the Investigation Team's pursuit into the TV World has gone terribly wrong...in which the very Persona Fusion upon which their power has grown strong has become perverted...Rednal's mad persona has taken over entirely. Now going by the twisted title of 'Yidhrednal', deemed too evil and chaotic by that world's Ciela and sealed into the Corridor where it was meant to remain...the monster sensed something familiar within the Corridor and followed in pursuit. Now it acts, seeking to regain something through its pursuit, though it knows not what...or perhaps, to sacrifice it entirely.)

Enemies:
Koji Masahiko Mori
Hibarii chan
(Perhaps among the most likely of children of the 'Bad Future', a series of coincidental events lead to his conception as the son of Shogun Motonari Mori and one of a very few Investigation Team Members to avoid their untimely disappearance, Minori Koroko. The history of Koji's parents is a surprising one, given the dramatic history between them...but after being forced to sit out the mission which ultimately saw the I. Team disappear into Babel due to severe injuries in an attack by the Messiahs the day before, Minori...wracked with guilt...began a hopeless search for some means, any means at all, to turn the growing tide of darkness enveloping the nation. Yet one group of allies after another fell...and after the disappearance of the Shadow Operatives as well, the grieving young girl came to the conclusion that only one person in the country was likely to have a solution to the problem of the Corruption...thus, she swallowed her anger and ventured alone to the nation's capital...to meet with the man they now called 'Shogun'. Once a suitor for her hand, Motonari had more important issues on his mind with the Corruption quickly compromising the nation...searching for a means with which to combat the darkness, Minori joined him in Tokyo to try and turn the tide...and for a while, the city remained surprisingly whole, his brilliant defensive strategies keeping the Corruption at bay. Yet even he seemed to know that defense was merely a temporary salve to keep the infection at bay...but it would not last forever if they could not find a way to counter the problem. Days grew into weeks...weeks into months...and the city grew weaker and weaker, with it, the Shogun grew more and more weighed down by his burdens...by the reality that even the Shogunate lacked the resources and the knowledge to salvage the country from this peril. And in those moments of dark acceptance and grief concealed behind those brilliant, dark eyes, Minori saw for the first time the man beneath the cold gaze and the abominable agenda...a man who, in his own twisted way, loved his country...his family, his lands, even his people...and who was being torn apart by the fact that even his legendary genius could not save them all. She saw him for the first time as a human...as a man...and in his darkest hours she somehow found it within her heart to comfort him, and accept him...perhaps because she had been so grievously wounded as well. As a result, two children were born...Kouichi and Koji...and with each smiling little face, a new fire and a new hope was born, light returning to the eyes of the Shogun. A plan emerged in the weeks that followed, in anticipation of the day the Siege of Tokyo ended with the utter Corruption of the city...a plan that involved disappearing beneath the city...leaving the world beyond to the Corruption until such a time as they could emerge again and fight against it. It was a delay tactic, but it would buy them invaluable time for humanity to endure and study the Corruption...time to prepare to one day return to the surface. However, to leave the rest of the country at such a crucial junction...while the practical and likely most successful choice...was a cruel decision that the new mother could not accept. And so after some debate it was decided...that when the time came and the Shogunate moved underground, a diversion would be made that allowed Minori and the second son, Koji, to escape the city and seek out the so-called Resistance of the Yatagarasu. Which is exactly what they did, and though the loss of the two of them might have broken the Shogun's cold heart, he let them go...keeping only his oldest son by his side to one day carry on his legacy. And time passed by, Minori's considerable power enough to keep them alive until the day that they were discovered by agents of the Resistance...and there they joined, Minori's power allowing Koji to find a place to grow and learn, to make friends...and with his brilliant mind for strategy, he became a key member of the younger portion of the Resistance...the kids who would one day leap through time. He developed his power...the unique Atma Style of the Devil Kings with inherited items from his mother...over time, but even that couldn't help him on the day that he and his friends were overrun by the Corruption. His strategy had called for a rear guard of Inigo, their nominal leader on the mission, to protect the group as they retreated...but as the team made their escape from the Corrupted Koji noticed that their 'leader' was nowhere to be found. Determined not to leave a friend behind, he returned and helped Inigo to escape...but himself, became surrounded by the Corrupted with no hope to escape. Inigo fought to reach him, but to no avail...and as the Corrupted threatened to overrun him and the rest of the team behind him, others becoming injured in their attempt to escape, Inigo made a decision that continues to haunt him...to order his team's retreat before Koji had been recovered. Koji fought hard...believing that his friends would save him...but the rescue that he had faith in never came. His spirit began to waver and an anger welled up inside of him...at his so-called friends for abandoning him, at his mother for believing in them...but at Inigo most of all, who had left him behind after he himself had gone back to save the swordsman. Fighting with a renewed anger through the exhaustion, Koji managed to escape into a building and found his way into the sewers beneath the city before the Corrupted could overrun the facility. He escaped the edge of the city and kept on moving, navigating his path towards Tokyo in hopes of reuniting with the father that he had once upon a time left behind...but upon reaching the city he found that there was nothing left uncorrupted...no path into the underground that he could reach...he was alone, abandoned, and bitter...he had no home, no parents...as his mother had long since died...no friends any longer. Only his bitterness drove him...and it brought him back to the Resistance on the brink of their mission into the Corridor. When the door opened, he followed with what other Corrupted beasts had followed, slyly chasing their path to the far end...and the past. There, he would find them all...one by one. There, at last, he would exorcise his anger...and make them all pay for what they had done to him. He would make them regret the day that he had believed in them...and that they had ever dared betray that precious trust.)
